Simple, clean and just works!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is so simple and clean. I get text notifications when transactions need memos and in less than 2 minutes - I'm able to complete the task! I love that I can set team budgets and no longer have to manually log transactions in spreadsheets anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still in a partial rollout for my company, so not all the Brex features are available to me yet. That should change once the rollout is complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to manually track my team's spend in spreadsheets!
Great platform - Incredibly intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is so easy to navigate. I like that I can easily access all types of reports, and break them down to really see where spending occurs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Brex lowered the limit of my company's credit card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is solving the problem of breaking down our spend and seeing how much rewards points we earned in each category. I can easily navigate the reports to get what I need within 5-10 minutes,
Convenience is everything
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is extremely convenient and makes my least favorite task, processing expense reports, painless to get through. The convenience of the app, and the ability to upload the receipts via the phone so you enter it before you lose the receipt makes it very accessible for people that are neurodivergent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes organizations split an expense,it would be great if Brex provided an ability to do so on the front end, making life for our accounting department easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to collect points and create expense reports for the company as well as have visiblity into spending.
Nothing short of Brex-ellent!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is an excellent application for managing cash and distributing payments across various vendors. I especially find the search feature to be helpful when data mining, and the seamless integration with my accounting software is also fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only thing really lacking in Brex is a simple and effective way to confirm payment when vendors request proof of payment. Customer service is a little clunky but they do a great job getting back to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex just makes my AP/payment process simple, and they have recently introduced higher FDIC insurance and greater yield return on there MMA product which has been great.
Smart, seamless expense management
What do you like best about the product?
I love having a physical card for when I travel for work. Additionally, the immediate and automatic text message prompting me for a memo is such a timesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review process is still cumbersome - it seems like the memos I send are not seen by reviewers easily or in the context of my trip.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes expensing travel spend SO MUCH easier than Concur or any other tool I've used before.
Enterprise product for businesses of all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has allowed our business to execute on corporate cards for all departments, manage expenses and policies through automation
What do you dislike about the product?
Payment application takes 72 hours which isn't ideal for business w/ large OPEX and low lines

User friendly business dashboard to manage all business OPEX for all departments
Good, but there are shops in my country that don't accept de card
What do you like best about the product?
the interface, it's very intuitive and the way you can copy the info from your cards it's fast and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
30 days without sing in with the 2 factor autentification it's too little amount of time, since i need the card quickly but not daily. That login slows my workflow

I dont need the physical card to spend the money on my daily work day, so thats very useful
Budget Visibility and Expense Tracking all in One Application
What do you like best about the product?
It streamlines the expense gathering. All approved budgeted transactions can be expensed via the dedicated card versus having to manually enter them individually. Get a clearer picture if budget and expediture approvals via the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Way better than our old application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user it greatly reduces the time it takes for me to enter my expenses.
Clean UI and good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and easy it is to use. The rewards are also nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The points system could be clearer. I find the % of spend credit card model easier to understand.

We use Brex the majority of our business spending for software and marketing.
Brex is a great solution for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, timely notifications, prompt support response.

I do not have any downsides to report, Brex has worked optimally for our company!

We use Brex for our Corporate card expenses and Brex allows us to have visibility into all these types of expenses.
