Brex is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact I can get coffee for free :) it's simple to use and is very handy to have and an awesome per for my employer to provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing the card and system is completely user-friendly and the hardest task I have had thus far was uploading a receipt which was super easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it easy to give employers the tools to gift employees small amounts of joy each much with a very easy and managable way to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app is simple to read and understand. All the major info is right there on the first page when you open the app. It's rare I ever have to look for something

Really have no dislikes, it does what it's suppose to do and I have no issues.

It helps with food and groceries
I use Brex almost every day for business needs. It is so easy and convenient.
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is unmatched, I had to call one day and the gentlemen was more than helpful. The app and online is very seamless to use.

At the moment, I do not have any downsides to speak on regarding Brex; this resource is beneficial

It is assisting with me keeping up with my daily expenses for work.

Nothing I can think of, everything works really well.

I can use it for all my business purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Great self-service portal, that's easy to use and makes switching reimbursement accounts easy and instant! Love that you can add to your digital wallet, use as online card and physical card too. Physical card arrived super fast and haven't needed it yet, but seems like it would be easy to topup company issued accounts when limits are hit.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'm not sure about is the receipt management and auto-coding, seems this still requires some manual attention. Likely I just need to spend time using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying for travel and expenses and computer accessories as a remote employee. Brex has made it seamless to meet the needs of my job without being out of pocket waiting for reimbursement when using personal funds.

I love the layout of their app. It is super easy to use and understand, and the notifications are handy.

The rewards kinda suck and the transfer points website isn't very good.

Brex firstly is really good for banking by giving access to money market funds. Also the wires are really easy and free which is awesome. Lastly, issuing credit cards is very easy.

Customer service is excellent, fast responses and easy solutions. I find the notification systems and portal layouts very helpful as well.

Tough to think of specific negative feedback at this point!
