Brex is very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has easy to use interface that allows me to quickly upload my receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has only been a small handful of times I can think of where the app has crashed a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't necessarily think there's anything wrong with Brex. A lot of stuff has been handled that I don't see through updates and them always trying to make it better for users.
Business Expenses are a Breeze with Brex
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading my receipts and the ability to see if they are uploaded correctly. The ability to lock my card when not in use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to see if a refund has processed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of my expenditures and how often I am purchasing a product or service.
Easy to use, great mobile app UI, frictionless
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is frictionless - this is the kind of solution that I don't want to have to think about, and its ease of use is hands down the best solution I've used. The UI is clean, clear and doesn't create the confusion I've experienced using various other providers. I can also see the status of a submission as well as the expected date of delivery. I use this frequently, and as soon as I need a reimbursement for something (vs. waiting for things to pile up) simply because it's that easy. I don't use the web app since the mobile app UI is so smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides - the ease for an end user is hands down the most critical and Brex has this locked in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management - this saves me time and also keeps things tallied and organized for me.
Easy and efficient way to manage business expenses
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and quick to upload receipts with a mobile phone. Never lose a business expense again!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had is booking travel through the Brex site. It got my name slightly wrong which caused issues at TSA.

Not having to wait for expense reimbursement

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is super user friendly and easy to navigate. I also love how easy it is to get an issue solved when you reach out to customer support. Being able to use the app on my phone and the website is incredible.

Nothing, honestly everything is great so far!

Brex is helping us improve our employee experience, it makes it really easy to make purchases that benefit the company in a variety of ways.
Ridiculously easy
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user friendly, very intuitive, and the way the card(s) work makes so much sense. It's also really easy to upload receipts. A great user experience all around!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have enough expenses or use the platform enough to really have any specific complaints at the moment. For my use case, I literally am in and out in minutes -- how it should be!
