Brex is Great
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Brex has the capability to do a lot of things in one platform. We were initially using it just for CC and have now added reimbursments. We just found out they help with traveling as well. One stop shop!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for us, its the budget creations and not necessairly has to do with Brex maybe its our company and trying to figure out what that looks like but I have had to been walk through it a couple times because its not as easy to create
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to have everything under one platform has been a great benefit as we continue to grow and we are able to easily pull reports.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Minimize employees' out of pocket payments and having to submit expense reports for reimbursement.

What do you like best about the product?
The Brex interface is very intuitive and user friendly. It is very easy to add new users, track and aggregate spend by category, and perform analytics. It is also simple to manage new requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a large company and on occasion bump up against our credit limit as we'd like to spend more on Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping us to track our spend by brand, by expense type, and look at the overall trends. It is allowing us to report and track our monthly T&E spend by category as well vs our budget so we can ensure the company's expenses remain in line with our forecast/budget.
This is a great application for ease of corporate budgeting and coding.
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service for Brex is very responsive, and the application is very easy to use. It helps with budgeting and coding especially with the integration with QuickBooks. It helps organize receipts and memos so reports are very easy to read. We are beginning to take advantage of the Travel portal which will be super helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Brex is that they keep changing / implementing. Obviously as the clientelle grows, this is expected however a lot of things that were changed were things we enjoyed (like the immediate change to the limit available when we make a payment).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't think we've had any problems except the fact that Admins can't change the information in cardholder's accounts (phone numbers).
Very intuitive and sync with many softwares but still growing and improving the features
What do you like best about the product?
It is very organized to be able to have a better expense management internally. When someone has a problem Brex support help right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few workflow approvals that doesn't work very well such as no limitation or block for bookings outside of policy. All records are exported through Journal Entries but if we t think about Netsuite the best way to export should be as expenses by employee. In this way we could have a better track on Netsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our implementation on April, 2023 a lot of features were released in order to get better reports or better usage overall
Good platform with multiple offerings
What do you like best about the product?
The combination of offerings is a plus. We started our journey with a credit card platform, but have since expanded to its Treasury solution. The reward points and cash yield generated are a big plus. We would further evaluation other product offerings by Brex to see if that could introduce more syncergy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have some slight integration issue with our main accounting system. The challenge could come the accounting system side. We were not able to find the root cause but the end result is some data feeding from Brex may not be as consistent as we want it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned previously, Brex consolidated many offerings onto one platform. This helps create synergy and introduce ease of navigation and ease of use.
The cards work, the expenses work, everything is extremely easy.
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app, it's very easy to upload expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
A colleague had a lot of trouble getting his card delivered to Mexico, he ended up delivering it to the US and picking it up there instead because he had some issues with shipping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the team have access to a company card, without having to submit expenses directly to their name for tax purposes

How simple and easy to use it is. I like that everything you can find you find on one page.

One time it did not work but that is because my work was doing something on the back end.

What do you like best about the product?
It has an user friendly interface and it is catchy with a simple short name. I used expensify in the past and had a better experience with Brex.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of requirments that I need to add when filling out an expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting my money back from my employer for expense they covor and it is in a convient manner. If Brex can implement something maybe it can set reminders for expenses that are on a monjthly basis, because I know people have ran into this issue for monthly expenses.
