Incredible software for managing company cards
What do you like best about the product?
We just love this,the customer support, the features like assigning cards by team, by user with custom limits and budgets. We love the dashboards. We love everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
we love everything about brex i can't think of anything bad other than Amex or BOA is offering us much better credit limits....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of teams who are fully distributed. They each have expenses from software developers to on-the-ground property managers.
And now with Brex, we can manage all of their expenses and easily categorize it in QuickBooks using their QuickBooks integration.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Brex has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, the credit and expense management tools are seamless, and their customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable. It has saved me time and streamlined how I manage business finances.
What do you dislike about the product?
“Brex works well overall, but there’s an opportunity to improve by automatic itemization of all receipts. Enhancing this feature would really elevate the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know of no current issues asked of Brex from my company at the moment.
Great online banking for startups, it just works!
What do you like best about the product?
Great online banking for startups, I use it to receive payments from Apple App Store business for my app with a subscription and manage other company payments:
1. Website is intuitive to use and everything is updated in real time.
2. You can issue virtual payment cards for employees without restrictions, instantly ready to use, and then add them to Apple Pay via Brex app.
3. Brex notifies about payments both via email and Brex app notifications on iPhone, so you can't miss anything.
Definitely recommend Brex, it's best in class.

Makes my life as a marketing manager so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love how seamless it is to review transactions and upload receipts — especially with the email forwarding feature, which saves so much time. As someone who’s new to handling department-level budgets, the platform made it incredibly easy to get up to speed quickly. I also appreciate the ability to send gift cards to employees and the overall ease of managing digital transactions — it feels intuitive and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the platform asks me to clarify repeat expenses (like LinkedIn ads) even though they come from the same vendor. It’s a very minor inconvenience and doesn’t outweigh the overall ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it so much easier to manage digital payments, spending, expense tracking, budgeting, and keeping a record of receipts. It’s simplified the whole process.

* Full suite of offering in one place with expense, cards, banking, etc.
* Ton of automation that traditional SMB banking just doesn't do and had to be manual.
* Lots of new features being shipped even after becoming a customer - it gets better!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike. If I were to pick something, it's probably just that as they pack in new features (which is honestly a good thing) it takes more time to get setup put in place and takes more time to learn how to use and run everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time in day-to-day work to help us close our books faster and with more efficiency. Very easy to set the boundaries and control how the rest of the org spends money and then stay compliant.
This has been the easiest company card I have ever had. I have not had a single issue with my card.

It's really easy to use and my expenses go right into my report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside per say would be that I wish the actual receipt would go into my report as well, at this point I have to scan the physical receipt and hope I don't lose it lol!!

I no longer have to use my own money to pay for business expenses and wait for reimbursement which is a huge blessing to me!!

I would like to drive and have it track my mileage while I am driving to avoid manual entry.

I am able to track my mileage since I travel to on-site client meetings! In addition, I am able to take care of my clients and expense things.

straightforward, easy to use - some UX issues - no comparative basis

What do you dislike about the product?
- some of the expense field editing workflow has UX issues; the field changes need to be debounced, so the entire expense doesn't refresh when you edit one field; this results in a poor UX because you have to wait for a re-render
- this isn't a negative but Brex is the first expensing tool I've used, so I have a limited comparative basis
