What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Brex is accepted everywhere, as I've not encountered any rejections yet, which assures me of its reliability. I like the flexibility of having both physical and virtual card options, which caters to diverse transaction needs. Brex's connection to an app allows me to manage my expenses efficiently, making the process of tracking and organizing costs much simpler. The app's notifications feature is incredibly helpful as it immediately alerts me to attach receipts or provide descriptions in accordance with company policy, ensuring compliance. Overall, Brex has proven to be the easiest and most complete corporate card solution I've ever used, which makes it highly recommendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the scanning of receipts is currently not very effective, as it only captures a photo. If Brex could incorporate OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology, it would greatly enhance the visibility and utility of scanned documents for our administration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brex to travel frequently for work without upfront funds, with instant notifications to manage expenses and attach receipts easily.

Brex has excellent customer service. My customer rep Robert frequently checks in and answers any questions that I have quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really noticed anything that strikes me as unhelpful from Brex. It's a good service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex helps me to manage my spend easily with a great user interface and excellent customer support. It also caters to startups, and so they provide excellent offers with services and products that I need, such as a credit offer with OpenAI which has been very helpful to me.

Once I had my account closed because we changed our domain. There should be more clarification or touchpoints before just shutting down an account.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Brex was to set up—super simple and quick. This is my first company credit card, and I was expecting the usual hassle of keeping receipts and filling out expense reports, but Brex makes everything so much easier.
My first purchase was a yearly subscription, and I didn’t even realize it went through until I got a text about it. I could just reply to the text to add a memo or open the app to update it. No chasing receipts, no spreadsheets—just easy. Brex really takes the pain out of managing company expenses.

Honestly, nothing so far! Everything’s been smooth and easy to use. No complaints—so far, so good!

There’s no need to stress about holding onto receipts or risk them getting lost in intercompany mail anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is super easy to use which makes the business expense submission, approval and tracking process save a significant amount of time. I use Brex exclusively for all business travel and expense management. Implementation is easy and very secure. Strong OCR reading capabilities. Integration with WhatsApp was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vendors using an alternative company name on the receipt like a holding company will could cause a receipt matching expense error if the name of the place where the expense was incurred does not match name on receipt or if the name is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management with a much better way to track and upload receipts with details through WhatsApp with a user friendly corporate credit card management process providing the ability to immediately request for limit increases and track spend.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of communication is great, the ease of adding memo's and uploading receipts and MOST importantly ... no more reports to complete and submit. Every transaction once completed to the company requirements gets sent for approval. So simple, so easy and saves so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet to using Brex!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is solving our problem with late expense submission that impacts allocating them to the correct months for accounting purposes. Also, that I can see pending task easily and they take no time at all to audit and approve.
