Brex is very easy convenient and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
You can take photos of recieipts, upload screenshots, or email reciepts. There's a card native to online use and a physical card to use on the road. Each is easy to use, and the app is a fantastic interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike about Brex so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have an easy-to-use and transparent to expense company card. I don't have to worry about going back to file an expense report or hold onto receipts because I can take care of it in real time.
Very reliable. They keep me updated and so thorough. I would totally recommend

It helps build my credit and there's zero fees

Really nothing, only thing is sometimes my card will work in certain stores

I don't dislike I love this app it helps you save and keep track

Only one problem I had was when brex was down it wouldn't open the app and it was a bit frustrating but it worked out perfectly at the end

What do you like best about the product?
Smoothest onboarding experience with a financial product I've ever experienced. When setting up banking for previous new startups, it's always been like pulling teeth. With Brex, the whole process took less than 30 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fulfillment times for the physical card were a bit long compared to other fintech providers, but this was offset by the immediate availability of a virtual card number that was useable immediately.

Every business needs a banking relationship. Brex provides that with a suite of ancillary services that are squarely optimized with startups in mind.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of the Brex business card. I also love the fast and easy approval along with all the perks of a credit card needed to aid any small business . It's made business transactions sooo smooth with the card.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that it takes severe days for the money to be transferred to the Brex account from an adjoining account. I wish the transfer was immediately for convenience

Establish and Building business credit along with having an actual Credit card to use for the many staples needed to be purchased from a businesss credit card account

What do you like best about the product?
The website and mobile app are always working perfectly. It has great push notifications, is clear and easy to read, you can use a virtual version of your card if needed, the ability to leave notes and attach receipts (even on mobile!), etc. It just has a beautiful interface and provides such a great experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've sat on this for a while and I truly can't think of anything negative. I'd recommend to all of my friends at and/or opening other startups!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is solving the modern problem of companies not being able to provide certain perks their employees, more specifically fully remote companies like mine. No need to go to a big bank and cut a deal that will most likely be headache when you can easily create a Brex account that will be easy to manage, set limits, etc. Us employees can expense things like lunches, plane tickets, etc. without it being a huge mess for our managers to figure out on their own!
It works, it's easy, I don't have any issues with it at all!

Digital access to cc's and ease of creating new ones allows for level or organization in expenses I hadn't seen before

There have been a few UI glitches over the few months of using, but these were resolved promptly when reporting to support
