Easy to use and helpful in company expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and acceptance everywhere with no issues whatsoever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to speak with a customer service representative 24/7/365.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company expenses and spend management.
Very convenient and simple to use for employee benefits

Easy to setup and use. Text reminders when the monthly balance limit is low.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile access/view for the dashboad could be better. A physical card for Canadians would be useful. Currently, using it through Google Pay
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying for the internet and cell phone bills; some occassional coffee / breakfast / lunches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Better mobile access (don't think I saw any app linked). Physical cards for Canadians.

I like the mobile app, and the ability to copy and paste a virtual card to anything that I buy online. Also, it is great to see my billing address right there.

No tracking information on my physical card

Nothing really I found so far has been an issue. Brex has been very smooth in handling my expenses.

Saving time and energy of filing expenses reports has really freed up my time.

Some countries are not available for international wire transfers

Global payments to overseas employees and simplified card management. Benefits are enhanced productivity.
Great way to track expense
What do you like best about the product?
Easy direct expense reporting, easy to use and easy to budget for operations for start up and ongoing business with small to large team. It is much better than what I have used in past.

Category needs to be specified sometimes

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Track monthly expense by category and by department and easy to pay the vendor without interfering with operations and impacting vendor cash flow. We are able to order and get stuff when needed.

Great tool for business for easy expense tracking
Easy to use. No questions asked
What do you like best about the product?
As a user it is super easy to use. There is an app which you can install on your phone and just take a photo to upload your receipt. You can also download your virtual card in your wallet to make it easy for payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user, the challenge is tracking your spending and trying to re-categorize them. They have automatically categorized based on their record of the merchant which is not accurate at times. I would find it handy to also know how much I have spent where, which I do not have on the mobile app.
As an admin, I am a little frustrated about how to track spending at a macro and micro level. Firstly on a macro level, the inaccurate categorization means that data will not be accurate. Secondly I also found it difficult to breakdown by merchant spend. For the request to increase expense limit, this can only be done on the web app and not mobile app.

Maintaining and controlling individual expenses while also giving them the autonomy to spend.
My First 3 Months of using Brex
What do you like best about the product?
I like how brex will give you a notification if you have transactions that need to be noted
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of really. Maybe it would be cool to text you if you have a transaction that needs attention

I am not really solving any problems because I'm just an individual using it for my company

It's easy to use and informative regarding your purchases

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I can forward emailed receipts directly to Brex, and the software attaches them to the related expense. This results in a significant time saving when dealing with recurring, subscription-based payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex meets all of my needs. I haven't come across a use case where Brex wasn't a good fit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed an easy way to pay for company expenses such as a co-working space, conferences, swag for the team, etc. Brex makes it simple to make payments and to associate receipts with those costs. Not having to think twice about making company purchases or fighting for reimbursement is key. It saves our finance team from reconciling numerous receipts each month as each user can be self-sufficient.
Brex is an excellent tool for businesses!

What I appreciate most about Brex is its platform for transparancy - keeping expenses and charges recorded for tracking purposes!

Brex's online platform is easy to use and business-friendly.

Members of our team can use the company credit care for supply orders while uploading expense reports/receipts in real-time.
