A very good tool easy to configure with a good interface

What do you like best about the product?
It is excellent for alerts and problem management. I like that it looks great and doesn't require much effort. Setting up the environment is simple, and administration is very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks more documentation in some functions are not complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits and troubleshooting are many; for example, monitoring and analysing data, creating incidents, and tracking alerts are handy with ticket issuance.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the user interface very flexible and easy to use for incidents. It is excellent we can identify and fix the workflows that are not working correctly, so it simplifies all the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
SSO integration sometimes fails to work correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates tickets, manages everything with the user interface, analyses multiple data, and increases productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that at the beginning; you can request a demo that is complete because it offers a variety of metrics and good visualisations and helps us understand the data, and it is also easy to access all the features
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit confusing, and I see a lot of features in a single tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a cost-effective solution that helps us improve operations. It provides ongoing access for teams to gain the insights they need from data and solve critical problems with real-time analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this product, it's excellent at all times to organise, manage and escalate and we can easily filter tickets and search for issues. I also liked the critical alerts.

The user interface can be a problem in finding what I need.

It helps us simplify monitoring, manage data, is used for analysis task management and incident management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it uses machine learning and can quickly spot problems in the IT environment; its free demo is also great where I can test the platform before committing. Bigpanda has a support team to help us with anything and is also great at consolidating monitoring data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no problem at all with this product.

It helps us all the time in the inbox and reduces tickets. Also, we can analyze data, monitor, and create incidents, and users can track them easily.

What do you like best about the product?
It has great analytic functionalities that help our Tech team detect any anomalies in the system by correlation of events.
It is easy to configure and has offers great user experience.Data is presented in a simple logical and clear way for users to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost nothing to dislike as the platform has helped us in a greatly towards attaining our goals except for the minor problem where the mobile application needs some work to better deliver it's intended purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effeciency in delivery of services with the seamless processes as it's analytic tools helps us detect and resolve issues early.
Automated alerts system have helped notify the proper authorities in time to act and check on anything before it affects operations.

BigPanda is an effective Event Management Solution

What do you like best about the product?
The BigPanda UI is very intuitive. It is very similar to your email inbox. Environments are similar to your email folders. The middle panel is like your inbox; the panel on the right contains the details for the selected event. I also like straightforward instructions to setup a new integration. They are continually working to make the solution better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish BigPanda had native parsing of emails without relying on an external lambda to do the work. Additional capabilities to show previous historical events would also be helpful. The tool has limited ML/AIOps capabilities. Hopefully this will continue to get better in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda helps us effectively consolidate our events from multiple sources into a single view. The ability to correlate events reduces the time required to understand the impact of an incident. Because BigPanda is not integrated with an Observability tool, it can better accommodate events from any source.

Great AIOPs Platform for correlation, enrichment, and ticketing

What do you like best about the product?
The coss monitoring source event correlation helps our organization cut down on the volume of tickets coming into ServiceNow. Additionally the new enrichment process that allows for granular tracking of how fields are enriched.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that our organization has been asking for and Big Panda is working to deliver is customized dashboards. Currently, the dashboards are created by BigPanda support. I know they are working on a revamp of data visualization, so this will be addressed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem BigPanda is helping us solve is decreasing the volume of tickets. Additionally, our data science team is able to crunch the data coming out of BigPanda to deliver predictive analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
BP has great correlation capabilities. Their new unified reporting solution (beta version) is also very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
No recurring maintenance can be set up in BP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of creating several different alerts for an underlying issue, BP correlates them well into a single event

What do you like best about the product?
BigPanda is platform and tool-agnostic; it's easy to integrate a huge variety of monitoring tools (including custom ones) with BigPanda. The flexibility within the tool to parse alerts and enrich them with additional data is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is very little to dislike. The mobile experience as of August 2022 could use some work, but I know improvements to that are on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda solves the problem of alerting from multiple tools arriving in inconsistent formats, as well as reducing inbox flooding by correlating alerts from different tools together into a single incident. It also eliminates a lot of manual labor (such as ticket creation) during outages so more time can be spent solving the issue,
