Every tier uses the same 1000:1 events-to-credit ratio, so 1,000 events consume one credit. Credits form a single pool you can apply across the platform's products, not a fixed balance that counts down. You meter against your tier's capacity throughout the year. What do you like best about the product?
BigPanda has been instrumental in tackling alert storm and brings clarity into incident management for us. Instead of toggling between numerous monitoring tool UIs to correlate alert events to a potential incident, we can visualize related alerts and focus on what matters. It speeds up troubleshooting and minimizes the likelihood that crucial alerts go unnoticed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is can get expensive if you're a small team to put it up over and also configure our integrations as well as correlation for the alerts in our environment take a little longer to get just right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda can alleviate alert fatigue and streamline our incident management processes. We can integrate with various monitoring tools, gain a single pane of glass into the relationships between alerts, and use the system to prioritize incident response: saves time on troubleshooting and helps prevent critical alerts from being missed.

What do you like best about the product?
It reduces alert noise and improves incident management by grouping related events, which provides a clearer view of outages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard and reporting capabilities feel limited, and the initial setup feels the same. It’s complex, and we need significant configuration and tuning before we can get the full value from the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of alert overload. Before Big Panda, I was receiving a lot of alerts from different monitoring tools, which was very difficult to track and manage. Now Big Panda automatically correlates related alerts into a single incident, which saves me time and makes my overall view much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
the alert correlation is insane. instead of 500 noise alerts i get like 5 actual incidents with context. the AI assistant (biggy) pulls in everything past tickets, topology, recent changes so i dont have to dig through 10 tools anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
its expensive. like really expensive. also setup took forever cuz our data is messy and it needs a lot of integration work upfront. not really a tool you can just plug and play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we were drowning in alert fatigue. thousands of alerts daily and no way to tell what actually mattered. bigpanda correlates them into real incidents so we stop wasting time on noise. MTTR dropped significantly.
