You buy annual credit capacity across five tiers: P20, P30, P40, P50, and P60. Each tier sets your credit limit, from 20,000 credits up to 60,000 credits. Higher tiers give you more annual capacity. Every tier uses the same 1000:1 events-to-credit ratio, so 1,000 events consume one credit. Credits form a single pool you can apply across the platform's products, not a fixed balance that counts down. You meter against your tier's capacity throughout the year. Pick the tier that matches your expected event volume and product usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as an event that consumes credits?
An event is a signal ingested from your monitoring, observability, and other tools. The platform processes these events to reduce noise and surface incidents. At the 1000:1 ratio, every 1,000 events consume one credit against your tier's capacity.
Can I use my credits across different products in the platform?
Yes. Credits form a single platform-level pool, not a product-specific balance. You can apply them across AI Incident Prevention, AI Detection and Response, L1 Agent, and AI Incident Assistant. Credits shift between products as your needs change, with no separate budgets required.
What happens to credits I do not use during the year?
Unused credits do not carry forward to the next period. Each tier gives you annual capacity up to your credit limit, which you meter against throughout the year. Remaining credits can be used for any product on the platform before the term ends.

What do you like best about the product?
I find BigPanda extremely useful for alert aggregation and monitoring, serving as our go-to platform for managing alerts from various source systems. I like how it consolidates all alerts onto one screen, groups similar alerts, and allows us to see who is assigned to each alert. The ease of integration from different sources is also a huge plus. It saves time and boosts my team's efficiency, enabling us to be more proactive with alerting. I also appreciated that the initial setup was pretty easy and I like the versatility that BigPanda offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that BigPanda's mobile functionality could use some improvement. It's not very easy to see and close alerts on mobile devices, and navigating the mobile interface can be a bit cumbersome. Enhancing the mobile UI would definitely make it easier to view and interact with alerts efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda aggregates alerts, making monitoring efficient by displaying all alerts on one screen and grouping them. It integrates easily with different sources, saving time and enabling proactive alert management, crucial for our app support workflows.

A Game-Changer for Alert Management
Reviewed on Jul 09, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I like that BigPanda consolidates alerts by feeding data from all of our separate monitoring tools and grouping the noise into single, actionable incidents. It helps in reducing alert fatigue, speeds up root cause analysis, and stops team finger pointing. I appreciate how I can immediately see the sequence of events like a network switch dropping first, causing the database to time out, and then the app to fail. This insight prevents redundant work and ends the blame game, so there's less dashboard hopping. The initial setup was also pretty straightforward, I'd rate it a 9 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, just started using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BigPanda for alert consolidation, reducing alert fatigue, speeding up root cause analysis, and ending team blame games. It saves time by reducing dashboard hopping and preventing redundant work.
