AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy annual credit capacity across five tiers: P20, P30, P40, P50, and P60. Each tier sets your credit limit, from 20,000 credits up to 60,000 credits. Higher tiers give you more annual capacity. Every tier uses the same 1000:1 events-to-credit ratio, so 1,000 events consume one credit. Credits form a single pool you can apply across the platform's products, not a fixed balance that counts down. You meter against your tier's capacity throughout the year. Pick the tier that matches your expected event volume and product usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as an event that consumes credits?
An event is a signal ingested from your monitoring, observability, and other tools. The platform processes these events to reduce noise and surface incidents. At the 1000:1 ratio, every 1,000 events consume one credit against your tier's capacity.
Can I use my credits across different products in the platform?
Yes. Credits form a single platform-level pool, not a product-specific balance. You can apply them across AI Incident Prevention, AI Detection and Response, L1 Agent, and AI Incident Assistant. Credits shift between products as your needs change, with no separate budgets required.
What happens to credits I do not use during the year?
Unused credits do not carry forward to the next period. Each tier gives you annual capacity up to your credit limit, which you meter against throughout the year. Remaining credits can be used for any product on the platform before the term ends.

AI-Powered Alert Correlation That Cuts Noise and Speeds Incident Response
Reviewed on Aug 05, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It excels at AIOps by intelligently correlating alerts from multiple monitoring tools into clear, actionable incidents. Its AI-powered event correlation, noise reduction, root cause analysis, and intuitive dashboards help IT operations teams quickly pinpoint critical issues, cut down on alert fatigue, and respond to incidents more efficiently. The platform also integrates seamlessly with a wide range of monitoring and ITSM tools, which makes it easier to fit into existing workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and fine-tuning of correlation rules can take a fair amount of time, particularly in complex enterprise environments. Some of the more advanced dashboards and reporting features could benefit from greater customization options, and new users may need a bit of time to fully grasp the platform’s broad range of capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda centralizes alerts from multiple monitoring systems and automatically correlates related events into a single incident. This helps cut down alert noise, speeds up root-cause identification, reduces mean time to resolution (MTTR), and improves overall operational visibility. As a result, IT teams can resolve incidents more quickly while maintaining higher service reliability.

BigPanda Turns Alert Noise Into Actionable Incidents with Smart Correlation
Reviewed on Aug 05, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BigPanda is its ability to intelligently correlate alerts from multiple monitoring tools into a single, actionable incident, significantly reducing alert noise for operations teams. The platform provides excellent visibility through intuitive dashboards, automates incident management workflows, and helps prioritize the most critical issues. I also appreciate its AI-powered event correlation, seamless integrations with observability and ITSM platforms, and scalable architecture for enterprise environments. Overall, BigPanda improves operational efficiency, accelerates incident resolution, and enables teams to focus on solving problems instead of managing alert overload.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where BigPanda could improve is offering more advanced customization for dashboards, reporting, and event correlation rules to better support highly specialized operational workflows. While the platform does an excellent job of reducing alert noise, configuring complex integrations and fine-tuning automation can require additional effort during initial setup. I'd also like to see richer historical analytics, more flexible reporting options, and expanded integrations with emerging observability and DevOps tools. Overall, the experience has been very positive, but greater customization, deeper analytics, and broader integration capabilities would make BigPanda even more valuable for enterprise operations teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda solves the challenge of alert overload by intelligently correlating events from multiple monitoring and observability tools into meaningful incidents. Instead of manually reviewing thousands of alerts across disconnected systems, the platform automatically groups related events, identifies probable root causes, and prioritizes the most critical issues. This reduces alert fatigue, accelerates incident response, improves operational visibility, and enables teams to resolve outages more efficiently. As a result, it has streamlined incident management, reduced mean time to resolution (MTTR), improved collaboration between operations teams, and allowed engineers to focus on solving high-impact issues rather than managing excessive alerts.

AI-Driven Incident Management with Seamless Integration
Reviewed on Jul 29, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that BigPanda's AI-driven event correlation does an excellent job of turning thousands of noisy alerts into a small number of meaningful incidents, making it easier for on-call engineers to focus on resolving problems instead of filtering through alert storms. This has a noticeable impact on reducing alert fatigue and improving response times. I also appreciate how well it integrates with existing monitoring, observability, and ITSM tools, allowing teams to keep their current stack while getting a unified operational view. The UI was very good
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, BigPanda has been very effective, but there are a few areas where I think it could improve. During the initial setup, configuring alert correlation rules and integrating data from multiple monitoring platforms can take time, especially in large enterprise environments. More guided onboarding, configuration templates, and best-practice recommendations would help teams get value from the platform more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BigPanda to manage IT operations, reducing alert noise and helping teams identify, prioritize, and resolve incidents faster. It solves alert overload, correlating events into incidents and reducing alert fatigue, improving on-call efficiency, and shortening mean time to resolution.

Streamlined Alert Management with BigPanda
Reviewed on Jul 28, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I find BigPanda extremely useful for alert aggregation and monitoring, serving as our go-to platform for managing alerts from various source systems. I like how it consolidates all alerts onto one screen, groups similar alerts, and allows us to see who is assigned to each alert. The ease of integration from different sources is also a huge plus. It saves time and boosts my team's efficiency, enabling us to be more proactive with alerting. I also appreciated that the initial setup was pretty easy and I like the versatility that BigPanda offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that BigPanda's mobile functionality could use some improvement. It's not very easy to see and close alerts on mobile devices, and navigating the mobile interface can be a bit cumbersome. Enhancing the mobile UI would definitely make it easier to view and interact with alerts efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda aggregates alerts, making monitoring efficient by displaying all alerts on one screen and grouping them. It integrates easily with different sources, saving time and enabling proactive alert management, crucial for our app support workflows.
