You buy annual credit capacity across five tiers: P20, P30, P40, P50, and P60. Each tier sets your credit limit, from 20,000 credits up to 60,000 credits. Higher tiers give you more annual capacity. Every tier uses the same 1000:1 events-to-credit ratio, so 1,000 events consume one credit. Credits form a single pool you can apply across the platform's products, not a fixed balance that counts down. You meter against your tier's capacity throughout the year. Pick the tier that matches your expected event volume and product usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as an event that consumes credits?
An event is a signal ingested from your monitoring, observability, and other tools. The platform processes these events to reduce noise and surface incidents. At the 1000:1 ratio, every 1,000 events consume one credit against your tier's capacity.
Can I use my credits across different products in the platform?
Yes. Credits form a single platform-level pool, not a product-specific balance. You can apply them across AI Incident Prevention, AI Detection and Response, L1 Agent, and AI Incident Assistant. Credits shift between products as your needs change, with no separate budgets required.
What happens to credits I do not use during the year?
Unused credits do not carry forward to the next period. Each tier gives you annual capacity up to your credit limit, which you meter against throughout the year. Remaining credits can be used for any product on the platform before the term ends.

Really useful when you start getting flooded with alerts.

What do you like best about the product?
We began implementing BigPanda as we started having too many alerts coming from various systems for our team to handle. Often we would receive multiple alerts for the same problem and it would take awhile to parse out exactly what was going on. I really enjoy how BigPanda aggregates similar alerts and presents an improved picture of what the incident is. While troubleshooting, it allows us to quickly glance at what is going on instead of logging into each monitoring tool we use. The dashboard and integration with tools we already use are what we find ourselves using the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial implementation was a little painful. We ended up having to spend a lot of time tweaking our alert rules to fit how our environment naturally throws alerts. After that point it was smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alert fatigue. We would get critical alerts thrown in with regular notifications. It took us longer to sort through what the actual problem was. With BigPanda we are able to see a cleaner picture of incidents and spend less time clicking through alerts. Anyone who manages a large amount of infrastructure will find it useful as it presents you with a cleaner picture of what happened initially.

Makes Correlating Network Alerts Simple.

What do you like best about the product?
Personally I find it helpful when you are having a day where alerts are being flooded in. Before BigPanda we had multiple monitoring products we were jumping around in and sometimes 10-15 alerts could pop up from one network problem. This corrals those alerts and shows you the full picture. Typically I use it when we are having some sort of connectivity problem, device down type alerts, or any type of infrastructure incident that makes multiple boxes start complaining. It helps eliminate a lot of unnecessary clicking.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little hard for me to fully trust the correlation at first. I found myself still going into the originating monitoring product to verify that nothing was being missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lot of alert noise. One network or infrastructure issue could cause alerts from our server monitoring, network monitoring and application monitoring. BigPanda allows us to view that as one incident rather than handling each alert as its own problem. Troubleshooting is much quicker for me and also easier to communicate to other teams because they are looking at the same incident with full context instead of going into each alert.

What do you like best about the product?
The best about BigPanda is it helps IT and operations teams correlate alerts from multiple monitoring tools and identify important incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike about BigPanda is its initial integration and event-correlation configuration can take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that BigPanda solving for me is it reduces alert fatigue caused by receiving large numbers of notifications from different monitoring systems.

Tames Alert Fatigue with Seamless Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I really like BigPanda's correlation engine; it's genuinely good at grouping related alerts into one incident instead of leaving us to piece it together manually. I appreciate the integrations as it plugs into pretty much everything we already use like Splunk, ServiceNow, and New Relic, so we didn't have to rip and replace our stack. The automation and runbooks are a huge plus; routine responses trigger automatically, saving us time and allowing engineers to focus on novel problems. The dashboards provide a clear overview of what's happening without needing to dig through raw logs, which is especially handy when something's actively breaking. Overall, the noise reduction feature has saved us the most time day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup and tuning takes work; getting the correlation rules dialed in to match our environment required real time and trial and error. It's not plug-and-play out of the box. There's a learning curve for new users; some of the more advanced features, like custom automation and deeper correlation logic, aren't intuitive at first, making onboarding longer than I'd like. Pricing is not cheap, especially as you scale up the number of integrations and data volume. I also think reporting could be more flexible; the built-in dashboards are good for a quick view, but pulling custom reports for leadership means exporting data and working with it elsewhere. None of these are dealbreakers, but they're the things I'd want to see improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda cuts down alert noise and correlates incidents, helping our team to respond faster. It reduces alert fatigue, automatically resolves repetitive issues, and integrates with our tools, saving us time by minimizing tool-hopping during incidents.

BigPanda Unifies Alerts and Speeds Up Incident Response
Reviewed on Aug 13, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like BigPanda because it brings alerts and IT data together in one place, which makes it easier to pinpoint the root cause of incidents. It also cuts down on alert noise and helps teams respond to issues more quickly, improving overall IT operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about BigPanda is that the initial setup and configuration can feel a bit complex. It also takes some tuning to ensure alerts are properly correlated, so the results stay relevant to our environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda helps address alert overload and complex IT incidents by consolidating monitoring data and alerts in one place. By bringing everything together, it makes it easier to spot related issues and get to likely root causes faster. This reduces the amount of manual investigation needed and helps teams respond to incidents more efficiently.
