AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

You buy annual credit capacity across five tiers: P20, P30, P40, P50, and P60. Each tier sets your credit limit, from 20,000 credits up to 60,000 credits. Higher tiers give you more annual capacity. Every tier uses the same 1000:1 events-to-credit ratio, so 1,000 events consume one credit. Credits form a single pool you can apply across the platform's products, not a fixed balance that counts down. You meter against your tier's capacity throughout the year. Pick the tier that matches your expected event volume and product usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as an event that consumes credits?
An event is a signal ingested from your monitoring, observability, and other tools. The platform processes these events to reduce noise and surface incidents. At the 1000:1 ratio, every 1,000 events consume one credit against your tier's capacity.
Can I use my credits across different products in the platform?
Yes. Credits form a single platform-level pool, not a product-specific balance. You can apply them across AI Incident Prevention, AI Detection and Response, L1 Agent, and AI Incident Assistant. Credits shift between products as your needs change, with no separate budgets required.
What happens to credits I do not use during the year?
Unused credits do not carry forward to the next period. Each tier gives you annual capacity up to your credit limit, which you meter against throughout the year. Remaining credits can be used for any product on the platform before the term ends.

Powerful Alert Correlation and Incident Automation, But Setup and Pricing Can Be Tough
Reviewed on Aug 30, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
helps businesses and correlate alerts, reduce or alert noise, and automate incident management and i think its good for me
What do you dislike about the product?
What I think about is the initial setup complexity when integrating so many diverse monitoring tools. After that, pricing can be high for smaller teams or organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces alert noise by correlating thousands of monitoring alerts into a single, actionable incident. When I use it, resolution is faster because it uses AI to find root causes quickly and suggest good fixes. It also improves collaboration by streamlining communication for IT teams during outages. That’s all.

"Effective MTTR Reduction, Though Rule Fine-Tuning Takes Time"

What do you like best about the product?
BigPanda’s Open AIOps engine is excellent at cutting through massive alert noise. In a complex environment with multiple monitoring sources such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow, BigPanda seamlessly correlates thousands of raw events each day into high-confidence, actionable incidents. Its real-time topology mapping and automated root-cause analysis give operational teams clear, end-to-end visibility, helping drastically reduce our MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution) without forcing engineers to constantly switch between separate dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback for me is the complexity of the initial setup. Fine-tuning event-correlation patterns to fit a large environment takes time and requires careful, ongoing adjustments so you don’t miss important signals. The user interface also comes with a bit of a learning curve, especially for team members who are new to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda helps solve alert overload and fragmented monitoring across disparate IT tools. By consolidating signals, automating incident enrichment, and triggering automated ticketing in ServiceNow, it turns chaotic event storms into structured, actionable workflows. As a result, it has drastically reduced manual triage, helped prevent false alarms from disrupting on-call shifts, and improved overall infrastructure uptime.

Efficient Alert Management with Integrated Insights

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use BigPanda to keep track of alerts and issues in one place. I like how it brings related alerts and issues together, which saves a lot of time. It makes it easier to figure out what is actually causing problems instead of having to check every alert separately. The initial setup was fairly easy and once completed, it was smooth to use. Overall, BigPanda has been useful for managing alerts and incidents, and I've had a good experience with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the interface is overwhelming initially, especially with a lot of alerts and data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BigPanda to keep track of alerts and issues all in one place. It solves the problem of dealing with too many alerts at once, saving time and making it easier to identify what's causing the problem.

What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, it’s a great tool for centralizing all the monitoring for my applications, and it also makes it possible to automate some tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is slow, and if you don’t configure it correctly, there can be a lot of false positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With automation, if you configure it correctly, the number of repetitive tickets decreases significantly.

Near and clean responsive ui that scales well for high alert volumes
Reviewed on Aug 27, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I do enjoy the BigPanda overall UI & Performance. It’s generally clean, organized, and doesn’t make navigating through the events, alerts & ops data too noisy. I appreciate having key information displayed in one central screen without me having to move between multiple other tools we use. From a performance standpoint it also scales well to accommodate our alerts & events without getting slow or overrwhelmed. During our highest alert volumes we find that the platform continues to be responsive enough for us to investigate incidents and truly understand what’s transpiring across the environment. The dashhboarding & incident view capabilities seem adequatel to give you a high-level overview while also allowing you to dive down into indivvidual events if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest areas i believe that BigPanda could use improvement are around their pricing and support. Some of the pricing can feel to be quite expensive especially to those who work with small engineering groups, or companies who are still ramping up their monitoring and incident manageement implmentation, as more accessible pricing options for smaller companies would be beneficial. Support is largely helpful, but sometimes issues can become a longer back and forth issue before you get the answers that you need as easily as possible, so more documentation support, and more responssiveness on tricky technical issues would likely make everything that much smoother, though I also know setup can take a while, so more invoolved setup help would also be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bigpanda enables us to pull in event informmation from various monitoring and observable solutions. Bigpanda's easy-to-use integrations help us connect data from solutions like Datadog and apply these events to our incident workflows, and the AI helps us correlate event signals so we can easily see the relationsship between events caused by one root cause. Typically, one incident can result in hundreds of signals so when a ticket comes out we don't have to comb through hundreeds of alerts, we're getting more noise reduced to a specific point so we can jump in and start woorking on root cause elimiination earlier and much faster. This means our engineers are spending more time solving actual issues and less time dealing with repeated alert signals
