Good Tool! Easy to use! Highly recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that the software is easy to use und can be installed easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes crashes at least on my phone and I can't figure out why.

Helps me to stay connected with my diffrent phones and laptop.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud RADIUS, cloud CA and more. We really found their support helpful.

Interface is a little dated. It could use some upgrades to UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 solves cloud RADIUS and cloud CA so we don't have to host our own infrstastructure.
SecureW2 has provided an easy path for our campus community to join our WiFi network.
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part, SecureW2 just works. The SecureW2 team works diligently to keep up with changes to popular OS'.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certificate handling has been a minor pain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 provides a reasonably painless onboarding experience in a diverse BYOD campus.
Easy to get going, great customer service, and competitive pricing
What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Their sales, engineering and customer service helped get us going with a short phone call after signing the agreements. Support is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their administration portal is a little clunky and you might have to dive deep into PDF based documentation. No wiki is available to be able to search for features or problems. You will likely need to open a ticket for help but they are very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a simple RADIUS experience for a corporate WiFi solution. SecureW2 provided that and more with easy to understand pricing and features.

Nothing worth typing about in this box here.

RADIUS Service helps secure our network without the need to maintain servers or employ staff to run them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have access to your network and cloud infrastructure before you start.
David is a thorough and intelligent person.
What do you like best about the product?
This is the first time I have ever interacted with a new Radius server and had the expected result on the first try. David was a wonderful guide.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be prettier, but I'm so glad that this product works as designed it doesn't matter.

Without SecureW2 or a similar product, we could not connect to our network.

My company uses SecureW2 JoinNow to setup and connection for internal wireless to ensure safe and reliable connection. This tool is very user friendly and stable. Easy to install,
What do you dislike about the product?
none. I did not have any specific negative comments about this tool. It would be interesting if this tool could provide additional functions, such as DUO functions.

My company uses SecureW2 JoinNow to setup and connection for internal wireless to ensure safe and reliable connection. This avoids the users from manually set up the wireless conenction.
