SecureW2 engineers are very helpful and respond to queries in timely manner.
What do you like best about the product?
The use of SecureW2 network policies to assign VLAN assigments to specific ports based on the device that is connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment dealing with Access-Rejects, but am sure this will be resolved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently dealing with RADIUS Access-Rejects and expect to have this solved soon.

What do you like best about the product?
The SecureW2 service allows us to securely and automaticaly segrate different users traffic without any input from users.
All client config for both mac and PC automatically pushed out using MDM.
Users automatically get assigned to the appropriate VLAN on wired or WiFi based on membership of groups in Azure.

What do you dislike about the product?
Set up was not obvious, and we had to be led through the configuration by SecureW2.
However, SecureW2 set up several calls and we were able to address all the issues in just a few sessions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to segment user traffic based on their membership of Azure Groups.
SecureW2 - Solid Product, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Product works well, support is great. Keeps us from having to maintain our own SCEP server. Their team were great in helping us customize the deployment to our environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complex to understand, but perhaps that's more in the complexity of the SCEP protocol itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves us from having to manage our own SCEP server. Automatically renews certs for wired network.
Good support available
What do you like best about the product?
Great support with the team. Walked through implementing in our JAMF environment and was able to replicate the process for similar profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have more up to date guides avaiable. When creating the implementation I've noticed the guide directing me to links I don't see in my view of the web page and need to explore a bit to get to the information I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that only managed devices connect to our corporate network and keeping our network secured. Security is very important in our envrionment and this keeps help everything managed.
Securew2 provide a seamless solution for our PKI needs
What do you like best about the product?
Configuring new SCEP profiles is straight forward using easy to follow wizards. It's also supports SAML integration with Okta which is very important for us. Customer support has been flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some room to improve logging to make it easier to search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to confidently secure our network (Wifi / VPN) without having to host our own CA infrastructure.
Smooth and efficent service
What do you like best about the product?
Efficient for the IT team in operations. We have not had any issues related to the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides in the service so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used to manage our certificate infrastructure and to deploy client certificates for WiFi authentication.
Solid product, good support
What do you like best about the product?
The product is incredibly stable and reliable. Over the time we used SecureW2 we did not have a single incident or service disruption. The support is incredibly knowledgable and helpful and was a great help in setting up the service initially.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin portal seems a bit dated and not very easy to use. The initial setup is quite tricky and hard to debug if you don't have some experience in the field. Fortunately, the support from SecureW2 is very good here. I would not recommend the initial setup without contacting their support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SecureW2 solely as a radius server for authentication to our internal office network. SecureW2 acts as a certificate authority that hands out certificates to our employee's devices so they can authenticate towards our network via WPA-Enterprise. We do not use any self-service features, but only use MDM and SCEP to enroll every employee device. This works very well for us and is completely transparent to the employee, we never actually needed a self-service option, and none of our employee's even realize that SecureW2 exists.

What do you like best about the product?
As a school, we have have large numbers of new users to enrol on the network each year in a short timeframe - SecureW2 enables our students to onboard before they arrive so they are ready on day one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it makes onboarding as easy as possible within the constraints imposed by client operating systems.

SecureW2 helps reduce the complexity involved with PKI.

Cost per device, especially in small deployments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides secure network authentication and helps in implementing zero trust approach. Fixes issues of old style local deployemnt in moder cloud based and distributed environments.
Easy to integrate simple to deploy securing a large global network.

The White Glove Service made it easy to implement and connect to our services The team has been very knowledgeable, And implementation into the network was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Replaced my native radius solution and gave me certificates. I have no complaints.
