Unique Identifier? Who needs it!
What do you like best about the product?
It functions somewhat as a RADIUS server.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't integrate well or easily to most systems. There's insufficient documentation. And, most importantly, there's not a proper unique identifier for endpoints. That makes cleanup and management challenging, license management a chore, and evaluating efficacy annoying.
**Edit after customer success reached out to align us with a few engineers to get our instance sorted out** - It integrates well with Intune and well with Kandji. Devices have unique identifiers, they're just not standard identifiers. If implemented correctly, cleanup and management is automated. Leverage engineers to ensure your instance is set up correctly with your MDM for 802.1X.

What do you like best about the product?
SecureW2 JoinNow has revolutionized how we handle secure WiFi deployments, bringing together functionality, support, and security in an efficient and reliable way. I've worked with various software solutions over the years, but SecureW2 has delivered one of the best support and implementation experiences. Their team offers exceptional, hands-on support throughout the whole process, from planning and testing to full deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform’s functionality is impressive, reporting on subscription licensing and device allocation could use some work. It can be tedious to keep it consistently clean from any retired devices.

This setup has really helped us cut down on the risk of unauthorized access and keep our network safer from potential breaches.
