A step to Data Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I love the software. It always great ability to develop great, interactive, dashboards for the Directors of multiple divisions in our company. Tableau has various options from which we can visualize data. The diversity of images or plots we can create from Tableau is vast.It is very good to do some data mining on your data. Ve used it on corporate data for performance improvement and it was a huge help
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have a report which is giving me an error. It is very difficult to find the root cause in this software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lot of data that we can work on but since we have a lot of data, it becomes difficult to operate on that data. Tableau gives a platform where we can work with such large data, create dashboards and handle things efficiently

I suggest that any organization should evaluate the pros and cons and decide whether they want to invest in this software. If they have the resources to invest, they can go ahead and purchase this software. This software will definitely enhance your productivity

Some aspects of formatting are unnecessarily difficult and require intensive nitpicking.

The problem of accurately presenting complex data to clients in simple graphic format.
Best Visualization tool in the market now!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visualization capabilities of tableau. Charts looks beautiful and quite appealing as compare to Qliksense. Inbuilt machine learning model support like clustering and regression makes it ideal tool for analysts at various levels to quickly draw the insight from the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to ETL Tableau is far behind as compare to qliksense or qlikview. There are very limited support in terms of transformation that can be done on the data. So, in case some business logic need to be built then tableu developer again need to perform the ETL to bring the logic. Also, Tableau is not very responsive when the source data is huge. It becomes unresponsive and the data load is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving various business and operation problems and provieing actionable insights to our end users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Tableau to those who are looking for tool with unmatched visualization capabilities and have a separate budget for ETL tool.
Easy to use and visualize great tool for analyst

Ease of use for basic chart preparation, can be used to connect almost all datasource format, ask data features gives insights automatically,strong tableau community,

Cost of the license is very high, cannot be used by small companies as there are cost incurred on infrastructure.

An error in the follow-up of sales forecasts, maintains in deficiency the control of income of the company, where the standard of business and control of information processed by this application, which affects its understanding of relationship of administrative formats, causing monetary losses in aspects of chronological production, disproportions of contact with the client, irregular schemes of coordination codes, are of the indexes of programming of enterprise networks that present constant errors for my team of work, having to be made a correction next to its system to avoid following problems.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and makes your job fas. the communications with stake holders can be benefitted by using Tableau. The online help is also very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is comparatively costly and doesn't work well with Hive tables or when the base line data is >1M (which is very likely)

We used to create dashboard for marketing teams to understand their portfolio in better mannner.
Amazing and Simple Visualization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really loved the availability of variety of chart options that you can use to visualize your data. It is quiet easy to use as you can do most of the things by a simple Drag and Drop and User Interface is amazing. This tool can read data from most of the data sources as multiple connection options are available. Also, the story telling functionality is awesome and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reading huge amount of data can lead to lag/crashing of this tool. Some more statistical functionalities could be included for the ease of data analytics to get better insights from data.

This tool provides great insights from the data as we can use variety of charts to visualize our data.

This is an amazing tool with most of the functionalities being covered by simple drag and drop.

I am using this tool from last 1 year and it is having great feature to populate the data in the from of pictorial format like graphs /charts and many more.
We can collect and combine the data from different sources and manage it in the great way so that visualize it.
Also helps to transfer huge amount of data and great suggestion to represent it.

As per my observation till now I observe few dislike points such as
1. Some time very slow in performance when trying to fetch large amount of data and make some permutation and combination .
2. Costing is bit high based on the features due to which organization costing is impacted.

Easy to pick up
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to pick up. I was not trained in the tool and I can navigate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a little slow and there are parts of the interface that could be improved.

It’s a really easy way to monitor and analyze campaign data.
