Great to see everything briefly
What do you like best about the product?
I can access every report dashboard in a multinational company by using Tableau. Accessing through the app while using iPad makes it also easy to use. In addition to this, I really do enjoy reaching every stats easily via Tableau
What do you dislike about the product?
It can give screenshot option to take the graphs to an external presentation through its app. Also you should be able to change the graphics style as a viewer too. However the app does not let you to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, as we are a tech company including lots of operational process, we do need to check every metric if we are going on track. With Tableau, we can solve the problem of monitoring city dynamics. As we are operating in more than 700+ cities; due to the macro regions or cities, we can organize and view all the data in one dashboard with different report cards.
An incredibly versatile tool, not the world's most user-friendly interface.
What do you like best about the product?
The main thing that I appreciate in Tableau is the ability to visualize data in multiple ways. If you can think of it, there's probably a way to do it in Tableau. There's really no limit except for your technical skill and the computing power available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an absolute resource hog, and the user interface leaves a bit to be desired. It requires someone with specialized knowledge to use, and the online training doesn't cover all use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau allows us to visualize student data from our student information system and then look at correlations between data points. This allows earlier instructional interventions, and at-a-glance visualizations of how our students are doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau can connect to wide range of data sources, including spreadsheet database. And it allows creating interactive dashboards that can be used for real-time data, analyses and decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
W is expensive, especially for enterprise level solutions which can make it challenging for small business or individual to access. It's visualisation is can be limited in terms of customisability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's drag-and-drop interface makes it easier for me to create visualisation is without the need of complex coding. It connects with various sites of database which makes it easier to use.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Tableau is the user interface. It offers great versatility in connecting to different types of databases, from NoSQL and non-relational to relational. It makes it easy to extract key performance indicator (KPI) measurements thanks to its drag-and-drop capabilities, as well as to view aggregations on a regular basis for better insight into reports. Plus, we get convenient access to save details along with our own dashboards, which are super convenient when exploring data while connected through Hadoop & other big data frameworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Tableau is not user-friendly for casual users, as it has a steep learning curve. Even after training and/or studying helpful suggestions, mastering the robust features of the desktop software can be intimidating or challenging for those who are less tech-savvy. This makes creating data charts and visualizations more difficult than necessary compared to other available analytics tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau allows me to quickly solve complex data problems and create compelling reports for our clients. It has allowed me to easily access inaccessible or unreportable datasets and turn massive amounts of data into insightful stories that inform my team's decisions.
Great Software to Manage all CR needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce allows our group to manage all. It feels as if there are unlimited customization options to optimize our business functions. I can integrate Salesforce with other software like Shopify, Pixlr, and the Google Suite

Salesforce is a robust product with many features, and. it will take time to learn. It will be best to utilize their customer service immediately. Train in all employees at the start to avoid issues down the road

We use Salesforce to track all community members' communications, sales, and requests. Salesforce has allowed us to see when and where people prefer for our delivers to go, how often, and what products are desired.

What i like best is that im able to see different flow charts that are user friendly and doesnt take much time to be able to successfully navigate on your own with out to much practice.

Not much to dislike about this software. Once you learn the basics its hard to unlearn it. Although some times there are things I wish I could customize. And even as a basic entry level user.

Currently looking at the program as I type this it allows me to see in real time chart status for all regions that we cover. Also keeping track of each individual client.
