Best Platform for Data & Business Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
The visulaization capabilities and appelaing charts make it a very goof software for data analytics and helps in business decisions. Helps a lot in my reporting processto explore data more deeply and uncover hidden insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not very fond of the excela nd csv files format that we can download from tableau as a raw file. The raw files which we get is too much scattered in not not properly formatted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tableau in my day-to-day duties. As a reporting analyst I used the charts, graphs to analyised thed data nad bring out stories from the data that can helps us to take better becison decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce CRM analytics is actually a powerful tool, and gives an Accurate insight and wide-ranging analytical solutions, A system designed that capable on collecting costumer data that makes a significant insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
According to some who used tye CRM analytics and based on my own observation, Salesforce crm analytics is quite difficult and tedious overtime, and when you use it first it is hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce analytics soving problem to businesses and make the work easy on them to understand the Market insights, save a lot of time to companies and users, Good for run analytics and built reports and overall it boosts productivity.
Tableau is an invaluable resource.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to customize reports, reliable data downloads, and endless ability to slice data to create detailed stories about the state of our business. The transition was seamless and would recommend it to any business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more resources on training since the majority of the features are owned by our analytic team. There was a zoom conference last year that was useful but seeing more would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau helps us sort through an immense data dump from our Customer Experience team. Every customer interaction on multiple channels are streamlined into Tableau where the information is added to customized dashboards that our analytics team puts together. If it weren't for Tableau there would be no way to have a high-level overview of our CX team's performance that reaches beyond customer interactions. We are able to see trends that we can action on and use the feedback to make improvements on our product.

What do you like best about the product?
Firstly it has a great data security and high end user friendly with multiple features bussiness intelligence tools which helped our team to bring more insights from data and represent it in a way that it can be easily understood by stakeholders.

As such there is nothing to dislike about tableau except the costing and it is not free source.As free source have limited access period and most of feature are missing.

Best visualization tool for Data Analysis and Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like its easy drag and drop, can also give granular data insights. Love the different types of charts and graphs can be created. Love the option to write calculated metrics as per our need
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of tableau is slight high. Also blending of two tables is not preferrable. The live data connection of the dashboard with database is a bit slow and takes time to refresh
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helps me visualize the data using large datasets. Created more accurate dashboards which were not able to create in excel. Our analysis and performance has increased by using tableau which gave us accurate insights for our next brand campaign.
A Must Have Data Tool
What do you like best about the product?
1) The way the tableau dashboards can be utilised with different filters is one of the best capabilities of the tool. 2) Easy to read data, show case data and draw conclusions from the same. 3) Useful data can easily be extracted by any team (drag and drop capability).
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, there are data syncing issues due to which the dashboards don't work. If there are direct intimations of such downtimes, it would be really helpful. But its not a deal breaker.

Tableau is an amazing software which helps us with our data needs. All our dash-boarding and data requirements are fulfilled from Tableau. the best part is that adhoc data needs can be utilised directly and no dependency is there

What do you like best about the product?
I like Tableau's versatility in accepting data from different sources whether it be a file import or API from other systems. In my work, I have relied on different data sources and it is great to visualize them in the same program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau widely varies depending on how each organization deploys it which can make it difficult to share dashboards and data sources between organizations if they have different implementations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau solves out problems with communication between teams in the organization so other teams can access data that my team manages without needing to contact us each time they need information.

Tableau feels slow when working with large datasets
It is easy to use but managing requires skill levels, and it is not easy for a basic user to develop and/or customize reports/dashboards according to their needs without going through a proper learning
