Simple Data Graphing, but Complicated Report Setup for New Users

Simplicity to model data on existing reports

Complexity to setup reports for new users, it is fantastic for details but not easy to setup

The transparency into how our rev cycle team is doing. The ability to drill down into dashboards and reporting

Not the most intuitive to use, it takes awhile to learn how to drill down into reporting

Metrics and benchmarking for our teams. Also looking into the health of our reimbursement and rev cycle

I like how easily it can connect to so many different data sources.

The connectors to Salesforce get confusing.

Tableau removes some of the need to move data around before being accessible.

The software feels a bit outdated and can be quite complex, especially when working with data that isn't clean.
