What do you like best about the product?
I find Tableau's setup process easy and intuitive, as it merely requires connecting to the correct data source to start working on dashboards smoothly. Additionally, I greatly appreciate the business intelligence dashboards offered by Tableau, which have been immensely useful for our monthly business reviews as they allow flexible data analysis and quick customization during demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes I feel that the use of the interface is a little bit difficult to navigate for the first time. Although once I got used to it, it became more appealing and easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tableau for business reviews, enhancing data analysis and presentation. It simplifies creating dashboards as per leaders' needs on-the-go, making reviews efficient and interactive.

It’s Ui and user friendly database. I can easily train stakeholders.

This issue is closely related to our current implementation, but data segregation and access filtering are quite challenging.

User-Friendly with Advanced Features, but Should Be Default in Salesforce

I find it very user-friendly, yet it still appears to offer more advanced features than the standard reporting options available in Salesforce.

I’m disappointed that this isn’t the default tool available in Salesforce.

It now provides us with real service metrics that are easy for all stakeholders and agents to understand.
Easy Tableau Integration and Reporting, with Good Support
What do you like best about the product?
We use Tableau daily to view our reports. It is really easy to integrate to our main DB and create the reports and it was a straight forward implementation to our work flow. Customer service is also good and it offers a huge number of features

We did have issues with huge reports that was handling large amount of data but that was fixed

We use it to create and view reports. With these we are able to view real time the business revenue and sales figures. This really helps in our decision making

Tableau is one of the amazing product tgat Salesforce has acquired and w9th it's constant innovations- it's amazing to see the overwhelming features in this ecosystem

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Tableau provides real-time insights into recruiter production and activities. The ability to track account performance against goals is incredibly beneficial. The visualizations are top-notch, and I appreciate being able to drill down into the data. Tableau's integration with our company's proprietary tools is seamless. The platform is straightforward, and my team can set up dashboards to meet any of my needs.

I find that the current version we have doesn't make it very easy to add new variables.

Building dashboards is straightforward, and the layout is highly understandable.

As a program manager without data background it was a little difficult to navigate but once I got it, I found it easy to use!
