Powerful Data Visualizations, Minor Setup Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Tableau's ability to visualize very complex and huge datasets in a more user-friendly manner. The UI, graphical, and dashboard views are extremely helpful, especially when dealing with large amounts of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup and product configuration to be challenging. It was difficult to find some technical details, and while the account executive team was helpful, these aspects were still quite tough to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tableau to visualize complex, large datasets in a user-friendly interface, making data analytics more efficient with helpful UI, graphical, and dashboard views.
Great for Marketing Visualizations, but Download Process Is Cumbersome

I love tableau for doing graphs and visualizations for marketing data relating to our audience

I do think it is cumbersome the fact that you have to download it is hard.

I love the fact that it can create good observability for us

There's a bit of a learning curve to get it dialed in.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create clear and good-looking dashboards. The drag and dro system makes it simple to build charts without much coding.

I have’t use that tool in way to leave any usefull comment about disadvantages

I love how Tableau Next not only presents graphs but also offers deep insights tailored to various leadership levels, greatly benefitting our business decision-making. Furthermore, Tableau efficiently handles all aspects of analytics and reporting, delivering not just reports but actionable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it problematic how complex Tableau can become when setting up data integrations, especially for systems outside of the Salesforce realm or those not yet integrated with Salesforce.

I use Tableau for analytics and reporting, solving these tasks by delivering not just reports but valuable insights, enhancing decision-making. Its intuitive UI and seamless Salesforce integration streamline our operations, making it efficient to start quickly.
