Salesforce CRM Analytics as Tools in Promoting Data Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Using the analytics tools in Salesforce CRM, I can present the reports using visual representation. And because these analytics tools, which are reports and dashboards, are part of the CRM, I can create outputs easily because the data I need is within the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of charts that can be used and the themes that can be selected to display the charts are limited. And unlike other analytics tools, it is not as interactive regarding the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With these analytics tools in Salesforce CRM, I can create reports and dashboards easily because the data is within the platform. It also has the refresh functionality, which allows viewers to update the dashboard themselves, so I don't have to create dashboards everytime there is an update on the data.

It is fairly intuitive, so easy to learn just by playing around with it.

Native solution. The best of salesforce and tableau together. Really much more powerful than dashboards with the filter drop down

We need to train more business analyst on how to use it. Not just the salesforce admin

What do you like best about the product?
The best I like in using tableau is the multifunction of it, the design and the colours of the website. Keeps me going and I love the dashboards as well. I always have a great experience

Could be a bit more dinamic. More interesting with more options to optimise the services. Also could have different graphics so people could explore more and more

Forecasting showing numbers ver accurate it's great for our type of work and job. This helps solving any issue that might accurately shows with sales force good rolls to use

Analytics and perform dashboarding with proper analysis of the processed data in a beautified way
It is the business intelligence tool which works in very faster way for visualization of data.
What do you like best about the product?
Involved in creating database objects like tables, views, procedures, triggers, functions using Oracle SQL. It is works very smoth and helpful for best visualization. It is the best way to change or transform the raw data into easily understandable data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes too much time for visualization which is something a quite unexpected but otherwise works very smooth in terms of dash boarding creating charts and tables.

Best part of tableau is its ease to use & create the dashboards and to work with charts, tables. The dashboards as well are very clear to understand as compare to other tools in market

It is very easybto use but some times gives tough situations while putting heavy files to perform

Tableau is helping me to work more efficiently.it saves my time and converts my raw data in useful information which helps to enrich my report with good presentation slides
