What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very user friendly and the data base structure is very organised!! The most important things the keyword search option!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading time if the database is heavy and crashes in between!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tableau helping me in order to organised the entire data at one place also giving me a clear picture how the things are working and what needs to be done next…

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much in general. As my org data has more than 20M records to summarize from transactional data, it takes more time and consume space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a complex strcuture of more than 300 companies spanning across 15 different ERPs. Gathering supplier invoices information across all companies was a tedicuos task to perform SOA reconcilaition to respond to supplier queries. That's when the project team heard about Tableau Analytics and started with a POC. To our surprise, data consoldiation was seamless, if required at a click of a button, users are able to access trasnactional data as well.

We see a drastic improvement in TAT & improved productivity by 20% resulting in $500K hard saving.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is a tool where you can model, analyze and visualize your data all in a single environment. It is easy to implement and use which makes it a part of my day to day life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating data from the data source could be made a little easier

It let's me bring all my data to a single platform where I can clean, transform and analyze the data easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau has been a huge help in our corporation to provide visibility on a single page to see what areas are we exceling at and what areas need some accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we do experience slow downs of the program. There is also a little bit of a learning curve where some features may not always be easy to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau is assisting our company with an easy overview of our sales performance and areas of opportunity to better direct our coaching and training.

Tableau allows our team to create custom databases on key customer information, pulling key information for customer QBRs, usage data and a range of key metrics to understand customer behaviour

What do you like best about the product?
1. Supports multiple Sources such as Excel, Google Sheets and Freshdesk can be connected and Reports can be taken.
2.We need not have to spend much time working manually for the reports. It reduces Man hours.
3.Advances Trend Data Analysis are helpful for Call Center and Backend Team for Customer Support to identify the performance of each Employee and the Nature of complaints for our better improvement.
4.We can try as per our requirement with variety of charts, graphs, maps, and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. In low network conditions, Tableau tends to slow down and may take longer to operate.
2. I havve heard feedback that Python delivers more efficient performance compared to Tableau
3.Users need training to fully utilize the tool’s features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates manual effort by providing trend analysis, which helps me easily assess employee performance and identify areas where additional training is needed
