Great for Complex Dashboards, but Data Setup Can Be Confusing

Facility to create complex dashboard, great way to report data

Great Data Interaction with TB, but Visuals Can Be Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
TB provides a deep dive tool for user to click into a visual and if they use TBNext they can interact with data
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure that saying the tool is easy to spin up a visual but it does allow a user to use every robust feature and get lost or have a bad visual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for a more robust tool that engages user to act when trends or metrics exceed norms.

The interface and how simple it is to use.

I think one downside of this app is the setup of the org.

Great for Insightful Dashboards, but Slow with Big Data

Insight generation, Complex reporting dashboard creation with ease. Data blending.

Slow in-terms of big data take time to refresh. Better insight can be generated with multiple data blend.

Great for Easy Integration and Dashboard Creation, but Slow with Large Data
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use and develop with this tool, especially when it comes to creating data sources and dashboards across multiple platforms. The integration with other applications is seamless, and I also like how well it embeds into Salesforce.

The software tends to be slow when handling large amounts of data, and Tableau Prep, in particular, takes a long time to retrieve data.

Unify brings together data from the data warehouse to the user, enabling more effective analytics and visualizations.
Great Transparency and Reporting, but Lacks Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
The transparency into how our rev cycle team is doing. The ability to drill down into dashboards and reporting

Not the most intuitive to use, it takes awhile to learn how to drill down into reporting

Metrics and benchmarking for our teams. Also looking into the health of our reimbursement and rev cycle
