What do you like best about the product?
Robustness and customization aspects. It's great to be able to create lists based on what I want! Not sure what I would do without SalesForce!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough behavior analytics. May not be a good reason to dislike as I'[m sure my role is limited. It would be great for Pardot to be more intuitive on the integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicate records - gotta be a better way to merge contacts in here bc every now and then in sales I will get to the end of a sales process and then realize their is a duplicate account and the deal goes to a colleague after I did all the work
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pretty good but make sure you know what you are dong and do the proper training. It's not hard but know what you are doing before going in.

Easy to use and powerful to keep contacts organized.

Not particularly customizable. Exportabilty is not the greatest.

Use it keep in contact with prospects and existing clients - I am in a sales role

The intuitive ease of use makes this one of the easiest programs to use.

There is not anything I can pinpoint at this time that I dislike about this program.

Its very simple to use for performing basic tasks

For task involving lot of data engineering, tableau does not provide those flexibility

The sales executive dashboard is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning is a little bit complicated to understand the operation of the different tabs, since in my case it was the first time I used software of this type

I use this software fpr the pharma industry, i worked on sales department so this software was esential to know my clients

Good software if you need to follow the sales. I think it can be used in several business

What do you like best about the product?
The software has a clear layout and most tasks seem intuitive and easy to learn and follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects seem like they could be better designed for congruency, for example if the date of a booking is changed in one place it is not automatically updated in other fields. This seems like an easy fix and could save many steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to identify which clients have not rebooked in a while and who to contact as a follow up, which helps the business increase sales.
Great for limited visualizations
What do you like best about the product?
There are some chart/graph types I cannot accomplish with other programs; Tableau makes variable-width bar charts and a large variety of scatter plot options easy and quick to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a very hard time sharing visualizations with other folks in my office who do not have Tableau. I often screenshot to share, rather than publishing potentially sensitive information; this defeats any interactivity available on my personal computer.

Specific desirable visualizations such as variable-width bar charts and different types of scatter plots are quickly accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and navigate. If there is a feature you're unsure of their help documentation and online community can solve it
What do you dislike about the product?
The versions are constantly updating and if you have a newer version someone on your team with an older version can't view what you've done. This creates difficulty in projects as we constantly have to check who is on which version.

We are have been using it for overall data analysis in various departments.
It could be much more simpler.

Once you understand the salesforces it's easy to navigate.

I've seen competitors crm system and it' more clean and simpler compared to salesforce.

Easy to navigate and keep track of targets and Average orders. This help scale of inventory sales and have a better buying decision.

Look into the competitors. They've really made the navigation even more simple.

A lot of visualization functions, you can implement your ideas or even let the pre setup template to help you think.

It has very minimal power in terms of processing data, joining with out source(excel spreadsheet)

To look at our portfolio in a dynamic way, give the audience the flexibility in terms of what to look at.
