What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to place emails/unresolved items into an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how outdated the platform is and how messy the notes and attachments section gets when adding in new material. Also, the attachments have a maximum file size and that makes it really annoying to compress the files and then upload them into the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting an inside scoop as to how my accounts are doing and get to see first hand how my customers as well as prospects are doing in comparison to one another.

Take the time to review the platform and make sure it's the best fit for what you and your company needs.

What do you like best about the product?
This software really helps us grow our business. It allows us to run and ensure we have funding for campaigns for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the desktop to phone options. I wish it was more user friendly on an iPhone to update changes on the go.

Through visualizations, report types, exports, and filters, Salesforce Analytics can turn any user into an analytics enthusiast!

With frequent updates to the software, sometimes it feels like once you got the hang of one feature, it’s something different in the next version

I really like how easily we can read the data and what not. It's an easy to use platform too

We are trying to see who our Target market is and we love to see the ease this software gives us to track the sales and get conclusions from it

Nothing, I can think of at this time. It is a great tool. I would recommend that persons give it a shot!

Takes a little getting used to
What do you like best about the product?
The data is displayed really nicely, making it easy to interpret. Conversion over to other platforms (like Excel & Powerpoint) was pretty easy and the data transferred over nicely despite the differences in the programs' formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be easier to navigate. There was a bit of a learning curve, but, ultimately, I figured my own way around after a few Google searches, so it's not impossible to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interface is crisp & clean which makes the data so much easier to look at, and, in turn, comprehend. I was able to track sales almost effortlessly after I got the hang of the software.
