Easy to use with robust capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, with incredibly robust capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service team doesn't respond as quickly as we'd like, especially when we're under the gun to get reports done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're better able to align all of our internal teams around sales & marketing progress.

Could be more intuitive, I have trouble building from scratch occasionally

Salesforce is a great software. We use it on a daily basis to help us determine which prospects will be the most impactful to call.

The only problem that I would say would be to be faster from time to time.

Makes everything more organized, easy to do daily tasks.

I dislike that it's not user-friendly. It needs to have better ways to get to accounts quickly.

We like having the ability to easily see our CS patterns over the course of a day/week/month. Easy to send Business Intelligence Reports on a Monthly and Quarterly basis.

User roles should be more customizable to avoid data being changed in error or maybe even have a way to view page edit history

We track sales performances, Produce customer data reports etc

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fluidity of the program; yes, you're able to tailor it to your specific company needs, but the same basic operating principles remain the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to save every single step, rather than just completing something and moving forward once all steps are completed in the processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have managed to track personal and team sales extremely well, the ability to record call notes for the benefit of coworkers who may be utilizing that customer information at another time is a wonderful benefit!
