Tableau Makes Data Accessible, but Advanced Features Require Time to Master
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Tableau is how it makes complex data much easier to understand. The platform enables anyone, even those without a technical background, to build clear and compelling visualizations. I also value how effortlessly it connects to a variety of data sources, as well as the simplicity of sharing dashboards with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find somewhat challenging is the learning curve associated with Tableau's more advanced features. While creating basic visualizations is straightforward, developing complex dashboards that incorporate multiple data sources requires a significant investment of time to truly master. However, I also believe that this challenge is part of what makes learning Tableau ultimately so rewarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau addresses the challenge of turning complex data into something both understandable and actionable. Rather than wasting hours cleaning up spreadsheets or crafting queries, I am able to quickly create visualizations, identify trends, and share insights interactively. It effectively connects raw data to decision-making, allowing me to communicate findings clearly and support better business outcomes.

Great Data Visualization from Salesforce, but Limited by Licensing and Connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
Visualization of dashboards and reports from salesforce data, diving and diving of data as much as possible to retain impressive charts on the hi for end users

It is licensed and can extend the functionality to connect to more products for data visualizations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can get me some impressive chart for the executives who like to look at broader picture
Intuitive Interface and Easy Salesforce Integration, but Recipe Creation Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how intuitive it is, and the user interface is great. It also feels fairly easy to use, especially when working with Salesforce data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that creating recipes isn't very straightforward and can sometimes be a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to calculate KPIs and access a wide range of impressive visualizations that go far beyond the limited dashboards provided by Salesforce.
