Analyze your leads with Sales Force Sales Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to focus which campaigns are preforming the best in terms of email blast, to calling card campaigns. This allows us to be able to weed out which campaigns work and which don't.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how some of the data is inaccurate compared to how data looks on paper. As it's growing there is a minor error in the data, but with each update you'll find that's going away. Salesforces is way ahead of the competition in terms of what direction it's going with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to solve which sales campaigns are working best and

I would recommend bundling your Salesforce CRM to the Professional Edition to get the best out of your Sales Analytics.

Great BI Visualization Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is a great tool for creating visualizations both quickly and creatively to communicate the message behind the metrics. It allows me to make the data more accessable to stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who is not hard-wired for code, some calculated fields are not as intuitive as they could be. Also, in my role, the majority of what I analyze comes from Google Analytics data, and the GA connector is slow and can be a bit unreliable, but that's more on the Google API side than Tableau's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversion rate optimization and site traffic analysis.

Take the Playfair TV courses on Tableau to help you learn how to best use it.

Business Intelligence reports and data visualization using Tableau

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is great for dynamic modeling of data and reports where multiple fact tables are involved for building a trend report. It has impressive data visualization features. I like the easiness in building prompts for a report and a dashboard for multiple reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It provides a really cool forecasting feature which uses predictive analytics algorithms, but we cannot customize the algorithm. They can improve by creating an interface for tableau users to customize their own algorithms for forecasting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been building reliable data models for contact center data, for operational and analytical reports. This involves fetching data from Oracle Data Warehouse and Online Analytical Processing to generate Business Intelligence reports for historical data for customers like DHL, Citi
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Tableau to people who want to save time on developing BI reports and have really interesting data visualizations! So go get going and install Tableau today!

What do you like best about the product?
I have had experience in testing a bunch of BI tools and I must say Tableau has impressed me so far the best. I absolutely love tables and developed a lot of simple dashboard within seconds. THe Tablue public is something which makes me create more and more dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that i dislike about it

It is used in my project for creating different visualizations

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is very simple to use, yet looks complex, professional, and neat.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to do on there, that sometimes it is difficult to get exactly what you want
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it is easier to see my results and organize my data more than just graphs on Excel

I would experiment a lot because there is so much that can be done using Tableau that you would not want to miss anything.

Love that we can keep track of our sales via our dashboard.

I haven't run into a problem using our server connection.

What do you like best about the product?
Iused Salesforce Analytics to gather, store, analyze and manage data so that we can make predictions and learn more about our clients, sales and market. Having this information was key to our sales teams, helped us establish better rapport with customers, ultimately bringing in more sales
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile feature. It is not that easy to navigate and missing some key features. Using this when out in the field was not as easy when my laptop was not readily available. This would be the only feature that i would improve on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving the problem of keeping all of our information in one place, easy to access and helped our sales teams achieve more sales
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesforce itself is a one stop shop. From their analytics to actual sales platforms, very helpful as an organization for everyone to be on the same page, and help reps achieve more sales
