What do you like best about the product?
This tool has been a blessing as it solved a lot of problems when it comes to collating the data from different departments and giving a summarized insightful view to the top management This is one of the best dashboards till date with plethora of options

IT Support is required frequently and the support takes times.

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing the leaderboards with colleagues so you can measure performance and see where you need to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not validate replies and sometimes it can be off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales is a numbers game, emails sent, replies, sales are all linked. This helps us break it down.
SF Einstein Analytics A
What do you like best about the product?
Einstein Analytics is a great way to visualize your data and more importantly view your data in different ways by easily changing the filters on the dashboard. It is easy for both the admin to build the dashboards as well the the end user in reading and interacting with the data on the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing about it is that it involves licensing and its hard to justify spending money on many licenses for everyone sometimes. Its always changing so you need to keep up with all the change. One negative is that because its always changing there is no certification yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit is you are able to view multiple sources of data in one place and be able to analyze everything so easily! Its creates a source of truth for the business. You have a dashboard everyone uses instead of people creating reports on the fly!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its Salesforce reports and dashboards on steroids. You can still report right within Salesforce easily and view even more data than before!
Good BI Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Good tool for Analyse data and easy to create BI Report. We can create multi dimension report. Fast to open file. Easy to create task Schedule to synchronize data. We can share file for analysis to co worker. It can import many source type such as Excel File, SQL Server.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't share anonymous user for analysis. We can't to upload to cloud. We only share static report to anonymous user by upload to cloud. It hard to trace error of data. Some feature It hard to use like drag and drop to this tool and user much to remember to special function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create analytic report and analyse problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily it interacts with the rest of Salesforce, and I enjoy the graphics and friendly user interface. I appreciate how many lenses are available and the sheer amount of data visible through the different lenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish the data analysis functions were more intuitive, and I wish there was more Excel-like functionality in the sales data tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have great insight into my sales data, as well as my adoption metrics and forecasting. Having this all in one place is a huge time saver and makes looking up information easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this is probably one of the better platforms out there for sales data and analysis - while there are a few instances in which the product could be better, I think it's headed in the right direction and is far and away the best when it comes to graphics, interface, and ease of use.
Tableau is good if you are technical

Very capable and able to visualize data.

Not the easiest platform to use if you are a non-technical user.

Check out Domo is you are a non-technical user. Tableau is good if you're a data analyst.
Tableau has enabled me to do discover more insights in less time and in new ways within our data.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the speed of large dataset processing and various ways to slice and dice the information through simple drag and drop and table calculations. I particularly love that I can look at 4 dimensions on a given chart by incorporating, x and y axis, color and size.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some formatting and calculations that are more easily done in Excel, that need to be brought back into Tableau. Sometimes I have to use Tableau to create a new calculated data set that I export and reimport back into Tableau for further manipulation without altering the calculated values, which could probably be avoided with advanced Tableau knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau helps us be more data driven by reducing the time it takes to manipulate data to generate insights.

Utilize their training during the trial period. That worked very well for us.

A single place to see all metrics by just applying filters

You need to be an expert to create reports in smooth running way else it takes time to run heavy reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All Business Metrics can be shown and you can connect to any relevant DB, SQL, GA, Spreadsheets etc

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to find any data to answer questions and be able to deliver that information to my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to export the information is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to create reports and find data to share with my team.
It's Okay - More useful for Sales Reps
What do you like best about the product?
The product is mice and simple, which is exactly how product should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a self-sufficient product, but rather an API with very limited functionality and bugs. Almost impossible to scale the tool, or build something usable once the complexity of task increases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics cloud has been really easy to use without any coding background. I find it helpful to use the analytics cloud to look at all the variables that we collect in our salesforce org.
