Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
Majority of what you’re looking for is right at your finger tips. Just takes a little time to adjust to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it appears disorganized, but again, once you understand it and how it all works, it’s pretty helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking specific sales needs

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the user friendly interface, to can easily drag and drop to create graphs, tables, and other visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more efficient way to create a cross tab into Excel that is filtered by the filters already being used in the dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps us keep track of dials and emails and demos set. Basically without this we would have no idea the real numbers
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how in salesforce lightning its a little harder to edit the reports right from the dashboard. Wish it was a little easier to change the date and whatnot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of having people honestly track their activity. Also able to view things like connect rate and hold rate. Helps the team know how they are doing and areas they can improve

The data is best able to work when the contacts and accounts are updated to be relevant based on the known information.

It is very user friendly and easy to understand given it has good data to work with.

Refresh times are incredibly slow and it takes a while to get the hang of.

What do you like best about the product?
There's so many different types of data that you can customize Tableau to produce. It's got tons of different views and can break things down to optimal detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing and exporting data isn't necessarily the easiet. The interface itself also isn't OVERLY user friendly with how to filter data down sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Tableau to manage and audit all of our key performance indicators. This allows us the opportunity to have insight on a very detailed level which ultimately helps us better develop action plans.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create visualizations for business purposes using this technology--once you have learned to use it properly. I also really like how much support there is for this product, both from Tableau and the Tableau community.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a super intuitive product. I would definitely recommend taking a class to begin your implementation of this product. Both for the administrator and actual user/creator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Tableau Desktop to create interactive dashboards for clients. We are still in the learning process of how to best design these dashboards so they can be used successfully. Once we have a bit more experience I believe these dashboards will be very popular products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommend but with the caution that implementation will take work; however, the work will be worth it if you regularly make visualizations with large datasets.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to learn on the fly without having any prior experience with Salesforce or other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be glitchy at times just like any other platform but issues are very quickly resolved by contacting support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to easily track what others are doing in the system and work accordingly. Very easy to comprehend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would recommend. One of the more commonly used platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Analytics will be used across our departments for a myriad of data analysis purposes. It allows us to report on data and see problem points and various informative charts. Use Cases and Deployment Scope for getting the full effect.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be too expensive for smaller companies. It would be less suited for a company that could get by with the reports and dashboard features already in Salesforce. The data loading aspect into the software seemed fairly error prone. Once again that might have been an artifact of some incorrect data mapping at our end as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mobile friendly
Visually represents massive amounts of data
Search based reporting opens up use to the users.
With native integration to the Sales and Marketing clouds, the data exploration and predictive trends become way easier to manage and access.

Lots and lots of features: Salesforce has it all, any feature you can think of Salesforce Analytics offers.
