Users need some training to figure out full benefits and functionality, however, the capabilities and features of the program are superior

what I like best about the Salesforce Sales Analytics how it provides insight on the area to improve on within your sales teams

to be honest I really have nothing that I dislike at this moment but will update if any issue arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we had an issue on narrowing down what lead vendor was worth having due to our inability to keep accurate record was producing great quality leads and with Salesforce sa it help us narrow down the vendor that were worth keeping

Give it a change and it will provide hard evidence that it works
Powerful and versatile visualization tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Tableau’s versatility and customizability. It’s not a one size fits all solution like some new web-based products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau can connect to many types of database sources, but pulling data from cloud based services usually requires a replication and warehousing tool like Stitch or Alteryx.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to save tens of thousands of dollars by creating dynamic consumer demographics dashboards in-house rather than outsourcing to an alaytics vendor.
Einstein - The complete analytics
What do you like best about the product?
AI is only as powerful as the data which powers it, but Salesforce has plenty of that, training Einstein predictive models on a range of data collected by Salesforce products. This includes: customer data, activity data from Chatter, email, calendar and ecommerce information, social data streams and even IoT signals. Einstein continue to adapt to changing user behaviour as data comes into the cloud platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still in the initial phases and not much documentation and help is available over the salesforce support for the same

Artificial intelligence and BOT techniques,Predictive analysis of data

Great for ingesting, manipulating, and visualizing large datasets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau's learning resources are outstanding in many ways, but documentation is lacking for some of the more niche built-in functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leveraging big data to inform key business decisions. Before dedicating dev resources to building out new features, we are able to test their value to customers by prototyping certain views/dashboards in Tableau.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth the cost if you understand what it's for (data exploration and visualization) and what it isn't (standalone platform for predictive modeling and analytics).
Easiest system in retail
What do you like best about the product?
Amazingly easy for skilled retail associates, or first time- users. Pictures are available for stock and you can look up clients with slim to none issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system will freeze during big transactions.

Clientelling. It makes it so easy to pull up profiles

Allows to create graphs for visualization for client meetings.
Tableau makes me look way better at my job than I am

Beautiful displays; great functionality for all sorts of visualizations for all kinds of audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not very intuitive after you learn the basics and the training videos move quite fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to take sparse data sets and extrapolate meaningful data is a hard job in any case, and Tableau's functionality doesn't deal well with that (in my case, using sparse facility audit data to gather trends in human rights/environmental violations. It gives us a great ability to clean data, identify hot spots, and present this to other stakeholders.

That is accessible and there's a ton of resources available to help you out. It's a popular tool so most people have some knowledge of it

Formatting tools aren't as user friendly
