What do you like best about the product?
Able to stay organized across multiple teams. fully functional dashboarding and displays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy to use however it takes some time to get comfortable with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share information from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
The SF Analytics Cloud makes it easy to integrate with other marketing clouds and lets me work with Wave large data files to create graphs and other representations within the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not all that user friendly. Nothing is as self-explanatory as the company promised, and i often feel it hard to find things that I will need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to use the cloud to integrate with other external data sources. Whereas I used to have to export SF data to a data warehouse and merge it with other data sets to generate reports, I can now do this much more seamlessly with the SF Analytics Cloud.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would take into consideration how experienced your employees are with Salesforce, as switching over from another software you will need to allow for some time to get used to the UI and where to find/ generate things.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull reports and analyze specific, customized information based on what I need to understand my teams goals, metrics, and forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Would be nice if I could customize fields myself, not just through operations team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate forecasting and historical data for my team. The ability to understand which metrics have lead to growth, and which haven't.

Fantastic Analytics tool without being a full BI

What do you like best about the product?
How visual it is. It's all automated, in our case, it runs daily crunches of data, and then you can visualise and group data however you want, in a very visual manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup is not as intuitive as it should be. (Even though there's a wizard). You might need consultants whether inhouse or external.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exploiting big chunks of data to be able to detect trends, forecasts, measure objectives...
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider using a partner / consultant at the beginning, to set it up and solve doubts. After that, it's all rather automated and easy. Just like Salesforce standard reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to quickly funnel and locate my cases that I need to look at. Having a Analytics cloud lets me work from home and connect with my co-workers and look and locate data quickly and easily
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue with salesforce is the UX could be designed for easiser use. Until I was trained up in Salesforce I was unable to utilize the tool to the fullest extend. Even today after months I feel I am missing features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to solve the data issue, salesforce give me the ability to quickly parse data and look at the info I need quickly and in a digestable format once created.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the users are able to fully utilize the powerful tool, basic functions are easily found it is the advanced functions that are important.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Analytics is the one-on-one expert knowledge I receive when interfacing with clients, directly. This immediately assists sales by 60%.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it takes as long as it does to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am looking to resolve immediate issues with collapsing policies within the insurance group.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is great for presentations to Audit Committees, Boards, etc. It is an easy way to engage audiences and present information in a visual manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau can be very difficult to use as I don't believe it's very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau assists with high quality presentations and being able to manipulate data to show different stories real-time in the meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
What I personally love about Salesforce Analytics Cloud is that in addition to relevant trends and drops in productivity, it also lets the users know what happened and why it happened. What is good about the tool is that, it will be easy to make a plan and react rapidly in all situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its an excellent product once you learn how to use it. I recommend taking the time to learn the different features of it. There are not many dislikes other than it can be overwhelming at times because there is so much to use. It takes time to use all the features and be able to really understand how they can work together for the good of the business. Once you have put the time in to learn all the features you will be able to enjoy it to the max.

My recommendation with Salesforce Analytics cloud is to take the time to learn how to use it properly. Once you have learned all the different features which takes a little bit it is a very great resource to have. It has been a great addition to my company and using it has helped improve my client retention. As with any product is is important to take the time to learn all the benefits of it.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps automate business processes and extend powerful APIs for added security. Tools in the App Cloud include: Force.com, a platform as a service (PaaS), allows admins and developers to create websites and applications with Apex that integrate into the main Salesforce.com application
Integration of salesforce with with TIBCO BW and Mulesoft works much faster then other integration's

Salesforce Analytics Cloud is a strong and secure cloud-based analytics program developed to help medium-sized businesses to large enterprises to implement rapid, iterative exploration of data, with results displayed via layers of dynamic visualization over underlying data sets.

What makes Salesforce Analytics Cloud so special is that it doesn’t just reveal relevant trends and drops in productivity, but also lets teams know why and how it happened.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time we see delays in updating data but that might be due to partner instance configuration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce analytics cloud provide strong features which helped our clients to get their data easily. Multiple integration of salesforce analytics cloud to TIBCO BW and Mulesoft made that flow interesting and faster than other integration which helps to populate the data on realtime.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The system can be used as a standalone service, or easily added to your Salesforce productivity kit. At the moment, the company is working on delivering employee intelligence services, collated in a suite named Salesforce Einstein, and also integrated with Salesforce Analytics Cloud.
