What do you like best about the product?
Very organized interface, as well as easy to use menus, and data entry

Nothing to dislike at this time everything is running well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve a lot of our problems by being able to quickly view data. Benefits are realizing the amount of data we can analyze and put together in easy to use views.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau makes it easy to combine and view multiple sources of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the program is too slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting on nearly 100 Facebook and GA accounts in one place can be difficult. Tableau makes it easy to view all of my data in all the ways I need to see it to effectively report performance to clients.
Easy to use data visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Tableau makes it so much easier to organize data and create great-looking charts and dashboards as a result. The ability to drag and drop rather than trying to manipulate data has changed the game in terms of data visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Tableau app is very busy and sometimes difficult to maneuver. Although there is a huge amount of functionality with the app, it is sometimes hard to find what you need and you waste a lot of time hovering over icons to find the function that you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data visualization is so much easier and I can now provide professional-looking reports and dashboards, rather than low quality excel charts.
Tableau Desktop is a great data visualization tool that is easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of Tableau Desktop is easy to navigate. The features of maps and location are visually appealing and easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Combining the data if it is in different sources is a bit complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great visualization tool to show useful insights and have multiple dashboards appear on a "one sheeter". The slicer/filter tool allows the reader to manipulate the report based on the data they find useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Tableau Desktop if your company is deciding on implementing a data visualization tool. It is useful for several departments across an organization. Primarily significant to Finance, Sales, and Marketing. It is great for using as part of a deck or share insights for large sets of data.
Great software for Data Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
The software is pretty easy to use and the user interface is great. You can create dashboards and stories using the data visualizations which makes putting the data together very easy. There is an online community where in one can learn the various features of Tableau. Also, if there are queries related to the software, they are very easily answered by the Tableau Team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are very similar, hence a little bit confusing to understand. But once you read the concepts online, they are pretty easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data processing has become easier and multiple types of files can be used together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. It is a great tool with lots of options to integrate various data types into one. There are various ways in which you can also show the data, which is a limitation in other softwares like Tableau.

The use of emojis would be a good addition but that's just me been picky overall it's a great system

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce is that I can track everyone who I've called and make cases for them. Creating cases and tasks is very easy and helps me a ton.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that I get a task every time I text through JustCall. That may be on my part, but I don't like receiving a notification every time I text someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am tracking all of my important calls from clients and reporting on them. When creating a task, it is easy for me to make sure I call my clients and it is easily reportable.

Salesforce is a great tool for tracking cases and it easily integrates with other software. Super easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce provides all the tools and functionality needed for my sales activities. It enables me to log meetings, follow ups activities, create accounts and contacts among so many other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything to dislike about salesforce since it is highly customizable. Whatever you don't like, you can change it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce let's me organize all my sales data in one platform. From meetings, to calls, to follow ups, to contacts and accounts, to reporting, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you've got to grips with the basics of using Tableau, it becomes really easy to quickly and efficiently present your data in a range of interesting and attractive dashboards. Tableau allows for very well presented displays of your results, and is very flexible in terms of its capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Tableau is how it can take a while to learn the basics and tips and tricks. After using the software for a few months I got to grips with it, but it's not immediately obvious to new users how to do things. However, there is lots of guidance available online to help you with this.

I'm able to present my data findings in lots of efficient and interactive ways!

Allow yourself plenty of time for training when you are new to using this software.
Customer Management
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping an updated sales log of customer information makes repeat sales a streamlined and seamless process. Watching the system document prior sales is my everyday key to success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Reports aspect of SalesForce could be much more intuitive, but a few baseline reports are easy to render.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows me to meet customers in the middle by fulfilling needs and allowing me access on-the-go to refer to past sales, customer info, and more.
