Tableau is an extremely efficient tool for analyzing and sharing data. The interface is intuitive and the options for visualization are flexible.

I don’t like the way Tableau will auto predict and apply visualizations for you.

It’s helping us evaluate the effectiveness of homelessness programs, identify trends in how the homeless population is growing/shrinking, and helps our communities create transparency around the state of homelessness by making data publicly available.

Tableau provides the most effective way to share data analytics and insights across the company in a timely fashion. By using Tableau, insights discovered by Finance can be instantly shared to operational teams across the country.

Tableau shields report users from the size and scope of the data sources which can sometimes lead them to think that data insights are "too easy" to gather.

Tableau can process a huge amount of data, which is one of my main criteria. Another significant feature is change management. Enhancements to existing dashboards or reports can be made quickly. The security of Tableau is also pretty good.

Tableau's ability to handle integration and the stability of the tool itself are the most valuable features. It can process a huge amount of data. Multiple sources can be connected to Tableau, and meaningful insights can be derived. Tableau serves as a stable dashboarding tool for higher management, aiding in quick decision-making.

The look and feel of the tool itself, including the dashboard features and data visualization, could be improved. The graphs in Tableau also have room for improvement.
