Intuitive and Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Tabs can be left open for future reference. This makes it easier to use. I can toggle back and forth to different areas of Salesforce without losing the work I've been doing all along.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding the data I'm looking for can be difficult. I use the Pardot integration a lot and find that I'm doing more searching to find important data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to add files to libraries so all of the company can access it. This helps us deal with version control of documents. Using the Pardot integration, I can report on an open rate, look at numbers of emails delivered to report back to our team on the success of notification, for example.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly and the user experience is fantastic. Using the vector illustrations, you can build interfaces and stories which make placing the details together quite simple. There will be an internet forum where you can discover Tableau's different features in one. Also, whether there are software-related questions they are addressed by the Visualization Team quite quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need an knowledge of the statistics to utilize this program, previous copies of the same generated file can not be recovered. Managing versions is a question, then. Unable to build left joins during data processing. Using blends these must be produced separately. The gui on the dashboard isn't easy to only use. It's hard to change and position the numerous sheets in dash when operating on a computer. Takes memory up a number. High cost of registration. The tableau's data cleaning features require improvising. It only knows data in a given preset format. The data is sluggish to load and refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although I use other tools for data cleaning and planning, Tableau helps me to construct beautiful AND insightful vector illustrations easily and rapidly. It's innovative stock of numerous graphic forms and spatial devices helps you to view data virtually every way, making it much easier to customize graphs to specific organizational needs and tastes.

Tableau is a perfect method for making beautiful renderings to visualize the source results. User experience which is really intuitive. Ensures the dashboards grow rapidly and deploy easily. Users will know in a year or two, and start creating interfaces.

The aesthetically pleasing design and the ease of use.

Beyond the first 10% of capability, it can become less intuitive. However, there is an abundance of training videos.

Easy to create. Easy to update and create access for your team.

The UI could be better. It would be nice if there would be a proper app for tablets.

It is super easy to use and the features come in handy. Plus it provides forecasted insights that no other tool can ever provide. It is user friendly, easy to use and time saving!

Has a lengthy process when it comes to generating contracts however depending on the organisation I am sure salesforce can change this

Not many problems have occurred, however it takes a while to get used to the new features yet I believe its one of the best platforms of its kind in the market

Once you use salesforce you will not go back, its ease of use and easy accessible information is ideal in a fast growing work culture and really does help as you can have it on laptop, phone or even iPad.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is the best Data Vsualization tool I have used till now. It has a user friendly interface and drag and drop support which makes it easy and handy for the beginners. Also it supports R script for the queries which makes is customizable depending on the work you have to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant make flowcharts and the process flow. Should have been compatible with more Machine learning algorithms such as clusturing.

I am using Tableau Desktop for making dashboards for a financial firm based on their day to day data and then analyze the pattern and meaningful patterns out of it.

I liked most on contract management process that is informed and collaborative manner with more visibility to contracts and their lifecycle.
In my pervious organization we were struggled a lot for E-signature, after using CLM I realized this is best tool for E-Signatures and automate the contract approval process flow.
Your team doing really good job on education end-user tool process and operating manual, Peer to peer contact and user guides are great.

Not be specific nothing is dislike but I would like if enhanced the speed of the operating tools.
Have some refreshing problem with advance editing feature and some times the Dashboard goes blank and we need to re log in to see the data.
A different sharing model from Salesforce CRM. There are still some limitations and It stores cookies. Sometimes need to delete.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have done multiple analytics for reporting structure. such as deep diving in understanding the data by interpreting the APAC spend at category level, cost center and commodity level. We are moving sales force related applications(sales and services related) from existing solution.

2) The data visualization options are numerous and it provides the most feasible option based on the data as well.

1) The trial period is limited to 2 weeks which is very less for the evaluation of the software.
2) The price of product is also high, and there is pricing in flexibility. They should offer more pricing options based on the needs of each user.
