What do you like best about the product?
Tableau really helps you organize your data, is good to see how your business is growing during time, graphs are also pleasant to see since the design is very clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without tutorials is very hard to approach and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see how numbers are changing in my business during the month, I can clearly see it thanks to graphic representation. Reports are also very easy to share with other colleagues, this is very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is giving us the ability to use data effectively to drive decision making. It lets us drill down to identify what creates success and what the underlying causes are in problem areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau can be a little frustrating because it doesn't work like other tools I've used (excel, access, etc.). You have to think differently when you use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Tableau to drill into data and as part of our data visualization tools. It's giving our executives, managers, and board the ability to see and understand what is happening in our operations at a more granular level.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using tableau for almost 5 years now and this tool has been the best for preparing reports, dashboards for all sorts of data. The interface is amazing and it's very easy to use. You can connect to multiple data sources like SQL, SAP HANA, etc. There are many good features like scheduling your report, getting notification, report sharing options, etc. We can view the report and dashboard on mobile which is one of the most used features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes lot of time to process the data. We need proper training to operate the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of this tool, we were able to prepare the dashboards and reports in the most representable way and efficiently. This tool is amazing to understand the growth of the company and take appropriate steps to increase the revenue of the company. This is one of the best alternatives to excel.

We have to pay upfront to get the licenses unlike other products which have a pay as you use option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently working with an insurance company and the use of tableau for reporting makes it easy to take business decisions for the clients.

High cost, after service, is not that great and very slow, no team collaboration.

i work in the analytics department of my organization and so I am constantly dealing with a lot of data from different data sources. Tableau has really helped me to summarize and visualize the data with ease

What do you like best about the product?
We use Tableau for creating dashboards and reports on a daily basis. The interface is very interactive and easy to understand. With the help of this tool, we were able to represent data with many parameters, graph, and visualizations which makes it really easy to understand and looks professional

If the data is huge it takes lot of time to process it, this should be improved. The cost is on the higher side.

We were able to make reports in lesser time which we have to submit to higher management. It's better than excel and because of its visualization capabilities, we were able to represent data in a more efficient manner. And we were able to connect to different data sources like SQL, SAP HANA, etc.

Einstein Analytics Dashboard is what I find the best.

Nothing as of now. Whatever setup, features have been used all have been helpful.
