Easy and simple to learn and work

What do you like best about the product?
By using Einstein analytics it's easy to view the clear and indebt details of the data required in cloud computing
What do you dislike about the product?
In the chart form, there are only limited access to the charts and it's difficult to explore other charts which needs permission to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the issues regarding the data in the form of reports and dashboards

There is no such, except cost there is no downside of it

The data extracted with Einstein analytics is way better filtered and sorted that you can achieve detailed information about the customer experience and make use of suggestions for forecasting

Enough data is a must, and the business requirements should be clear before using the tool to make best use of it

What do you like best about the product?
It gives you the best outcome from data through analysis on historical data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires to set the base line for more optimistic results i think it should show options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The prospecting leads as well customer issues in future forecast or recent changes in payment gateways or failures for einstein bot to answer there queries.

Its a great feature for forecasting your data on true analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
It is connected to your salesforce data and has powerful visualizations. Lot of connectors are available out of the box to connect with external data sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, i see some scope of improvement when it comes to out of the box widgets and visualizations that are available. Advance Query editor is not user friendly and requires knowledge of SAQL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing business with best in class dashboards to stay on top of their business intelligence needs. Reducing the dependency on manual data files by replacing them with powerful dashboards. Business users feel empowered when they know where to find the data/analysis they are looking for
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great solution for your organization whether or not you are using salesforce. It is advisable to document yuor business requirements and how you would like to visualize your data, then consult with salesforce about the product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I am able to view the insights and recommendations based on salesforce data and data not from salesforce at the same time. This helps to build the CRM actions for any business process. The usage of artificial intelligence in finding the solutions to complex business questions helps a lot. Direct predictions and recommendations provided by artificial intelligence augmented analytics helps the business to grow further.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface could be made a bit more simpler, minimalism is better for productivity. A bit of training for all the new users from the salesforce team would be great! They do have trailhead up and running, but sometimes it isn’t sufficient and in person training would be more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I help with delivering solutions to customer needs. Working in a B2B and B2C business, it’s important to have the right tool to come up with ready solutions. This saves a lot of time and helps me to deliver optimized solutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I feel businesses should look into salesforce CRM as it’s the leading platform in CRM and is very delight to work with. The team behind is very helpful with the setup and personalization of dashboards within the CRM. It helps to grow the business and save a lot of time during the process of implementation. It’s important to get ahead of the race in this world of machine learning and artificial intelligence, salesforce platform make the best use of it and helps us to give great insights of the data. AI analytics predicts the future outcomes and recommendations for the business to grow further ahead.

Beautiful charts with a little training

What do you like best about the product?
This is a wonderful Data Visualization software that's a big upgrade from typical Excel charts. Once you figure out how to use it, it does most of the "heavy lifting" for you. It can guess what charts you might want, and is very helpful with analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit to learn. It's not immediately clear what everything means, how to access data, and get started. With some training however it begins to make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau can create beautiful charts to share out with those making decisions, but also does great data analysis while visualizing. More specifically - it allows us to analyze student data, and display in a way that's understandable to make decisions about our program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Play around with the different types of charts and figure out how to switch you x and y axes. That will really open up what you can make.
