Excellent Business Intelligence tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Tableau is the speed with which it makes queries and brings information. It is very versatile in the graphics to be generated and provides executive information, simplifying the work.
In addition, it is straightforward to share the boards with colleagues to be reviewed internally.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a lot of information to process, the dashboard can be very heavy, yet it is still faster than other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As part of my job, I use a collector that collects a lot of information from equipment installed in our clients. This information must be processed, analyzed, and then held for review meetings with my clients. Tableau made this analysis work much easier for me since, with a single dashboard, I can analyze multiple clients and have the information processed and ready to use in a very short time.

Sometimes some things seem like they should be much easier to achieve than they are. Some behavior that should be simple requires too many steps

All data in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Tableau does make it easy to have filters and all the data literally in one single place. You have the updated data daily, it's also easy to reach, and it lets you even make calculations right on the go. You can use charts of every style that you need, and it runs in a very professional environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty slow. I understand that for a large amount of information, it's a lot of data to process, but it could be done in a better way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing a very large amount of customer's data.

If you need a trustable source for your customer's info and without being afraid to lose it, this is it.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau desktop has made our life easier, we are using it query and build dashboards to link between Salesforce and hive, and it's showing data on the various checks and it's easy to track things with tableau dashboards

Nothing to dislike, love this feature, highly recommended

Through tableau desktop we are trying to resolve all the mismatches with the data through its amazing feature to show the data and we can put the dashboard and extract it easily also it's ease to share with the stakeholders.

I like how Tableau integrates with other apps we have to provide summarized and easy to use reporting and statistics.

Tableau sometimes can tend to be complicated to navigate when building report logics.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau Desktop is extremely simple and intuitive to use. It has a very streamlined design and can be understood by employees in a short period of time. Also, it has a lot of built-in visualizations for your data.

Loading or execution times are very long, and overall performance can be improved for faster processing of reports.

We use Tableau majorly for Data Reporting. It helps us create ad-hoc reports and dashboards from our data sources, and analyze data.

Ease of use, you don't have to be a master coder to use. Great at transforming large amount of data into visual representations

You have to Download files in to Crosstab, wouldn't it been easier to just list Excel? Otherwise the program is great
