What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is best for visualization
when it comes to power bi we cannot load a lot of data but tableau makes it easy
the "show me" bar gives you recommendations to use that graph for your visualizations.

There is nothing to dislike about tableau but there are no automated reports and the cost is more than the power bi

You can make live dashboards, charts, slides, using this, there are various filters option, advance data analytics option to perform on any kind of dataset for review.

It is a heavy software thus require good operating system and also it is a bit expensive which cannot be afforded by all.

I have made dashboard where all the products of a business were listed and their stock were shown which helped in re- order of any of the product which has been sold.

I like to tool performance while playing with a huge amount of data, It is superior than available other tools like spreadsheets. Importing data inside tableau is very easy, and data interpretation is very good with the help of the good availability of a variety of visuals.
It is also possible to connect it with a variety of data sources and giving analytics based on historical data.

It's expensive for new customers and there are cheap options there in the market like powerBI if you are not dependent on Tableau, otherwise, this is the best analytics tool available for historical data analysis and the creation of several attractive visuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to show information with easy understanding and saves a lot amount of time for users. The creation of trends charts is very good, customization is very very good and connectivity with several sources is awesome. I would always recommend it to the business.
