What do you like best about the product?
Tableau desktop is a scalable and simple data analytics tool that integrates with many applications to help gather insights into data. Offering E2E data blending, data prep,data modelling, data visualization and data distribution, so data siloes can be analyzed easily and effectively.
Since it allows low code integrations, it is easy to use and allows a breadth of visualizations like charts, graphs, and more. Data importing is simple by using excel or CSV. Plotting is scalable and customizable to transmit information.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to integrate them with slides or PowerPoint thus making it tough to templatize. Tableau requires proficiency to use to for citizen users it might be a challenge. With large amount of data load speed gets hampered and making it tough to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and data visualization are excellent by using tableau, being intuitive it helps navigate easily once you get a beginner level understanding. The visualization makes data appealing and makes forecasting and business assessment easy. Simple charts and graphs help in inferring in depth and helps in easy decision making. The access levels are pretty simple too, as allows me to give read only access to my team and helps create dashboard specific to teams like sales, marketing and Customer Success.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is one of the most used reporting tools in the BI and analytics platform of the Data industry. Its ability to handle huge data and represent the data most intuitively has garnered millions of users in the last decade. Tableau's ability to connect to any leading data source to extract the data and present in a non-tabular format has helped the CEO, and CFOs of any company have an interest in accommodating these tools as the most interesting BI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau does not provide a modeling platform inside the tools to create a data modeling to enhance the data warehousing capabilities. In fact POWER BI provides these options which help in deciding the way tables are connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating interactive Dashboards to extract the insights on retail, insurance, banking, aviation, shipping, and marketing data. Created near real-time Dashboard to help the business users make accurate decisions

Tableau CRM was always goto tool for me when comes to handling data, so far in the journey It haven't disappointed me.

Data Management becomes easier and efficient with the dashboards, also templates are pretty amazing to build apps with less efforts.

Honestly speaking, my with Tableau has been very great, it help us make data orientated decisions, help to answer questions quickly with data and uncover problems more quickly. If you operate as a growth company you must try this to make smarter decisions.

The ease with which one can create new visualizations is the best part. Just dragging and dropping data is enough to create a new chart.

The variety of available default visualization types is limited.

The user friendly dashboard is easy for new users to run analytics on datasets small or enterprise level. The graphs come out quite nice for leadership presentations
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau is little on the expensive side to buy license, there are many free versions available in the market which can help user get started with analytics, however for enterprise level u would need something like tableau and power BI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using tableau for management dashboards and mid management reporting purposes. They dont have to spend time fetching data since we do it in ETL scripts running at backend fetching data from warehouse and marts.
I am satisfied with its features, its quite handy and useful.

Maybe its interface could be made more user-friendly.
