What do you like best about the product?
I liked about Tableau is the ease with which users can navigate the platform and visualize a wide variety of data from different sources through its intuitive dashboards, without any hassle. I like that its interface is so intuitive and that it allows importing data from different formats. Its report generator is excellent and the data representations include charts, graphs and maps, which I find extraordinary.
What do you dislike about the product?
When downloading large data sets, it should be taken into consideration that the download can take a long time, you have to be a little patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau has helped us manage large data sets in the best way because of its ease of use and great intuitiveness. It is rich in features to import, export, analyze data, and generate reports with amazing ease. The representation of data in different graphs, charts and maps is a valuable feature, making everything look much more presentable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a simple yet powerful business intelligence tool. It gives users the privilege of being able to organize data and an attractive view of it through its dashboards. Its analytical capabilities are incredible as is its report generator.

It is fairly easy to pick up basic functionalities without a Business Intelligence or Data Science background.

The dashboard layout UI could be vastly improved. It is tedious to make everything presentable.

Tableau makes data-driven insights accessible to everyone in the company. It allows for self service, which is crucial as the business scales and increases in complexity.

While Tableau is industry standard, definitely look into alternatives such as Looker.

Tableau is the best software of its kind, allowing us to view our data in a superior, more intelligent graphical format. I enjoy manipulating data with tableau. It is swift, effortless, and simple to learn.

Some syntax for doing extensive calculations can be challenging to comprehend and convoluted.

Tableau Desktop is used to explore and analyze data. My team's responsibility is to determine the company requirements and market trends. A tableau is an excellent tool for communicating our research findings.
Salesforce as ticketing system
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic agent tagging of the call. This eliminate the abandon calls for contact center and disconnected calls. Since every person who have been connected to the client will be tagged and for better CSAT analytics and ticket handling isolation of issue. And for Escalation processed, agent coaching and Operations Business Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. Ticketing system is perfect. Dispatch and linking knowledge base article and sending out email references work. so Its perfect.

Good app for Project data analysis. Good for Dashboards and sharing report applications. Good visualization and graphics.

Not easy to learn, costly software, Help, and support are not that Good.
