Excellent data visualisation tool for insurance
What do you like best about the product?
Insurance Tableau is a great data visualisation tool for any insurance company. Right from the claims to the payout each and every data is so magically presented that it makes any analysis super simple. The presentation also is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many cool features of this tool and has helped me a lot in performing my day to day activities. So it is very tough to point out my dislikes, but if I have to name one the price point can be reconsidered a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Tableu Insurance for our customer analysis like tracking their claim, checking their accident data, checking the payment details etc. All presented very beautifully with it's wonderful dashboard. It is super easy to use as well.
Tableau - Just so flexible and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Tableau is the ease with which you create dashboards and analytics. The recent additions to the tableau desktop to use specific colors in analytics that appeal to the eye have really shown results. I have created a team dashboard in Tableau with seemless integration of databases and I share that in the team townhall every month. I do subtle changes to the data and visualizations and its always appreciated by the higher management. Really something that I recommend for use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with CSV is seemless but figuring out the presence of the plethora of options it provides is a hassle. It has everything but you have to be just the right person to find out the best way. A user friendly interface like familiar and popular apps like MS Excel can really help.
Its also a tad bit slow if you're dealing with large data. Only a professional knows how to deal with filters and make it fast.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest business problem was presenting appropriate data. In specific, it resolved the actual time taken by all users from start until end and plotted markers so I can analyze my best performers and how does the team perform on an average.
Now I can just look at the graphs and see whats wrong and create action plans to lower or better my team performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesfocre CRM Analytics is the best tool to analyze customer data and make smart business decisions. As working for a University, this software makes tracking the prospective students' progress in the sales funnel a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Salesforce CRM Analytics can be tricky to use at first - because it's a lot of information thrown at you. You'll have to play around in it a bit to get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce CRM Analytics is helping the University I work for by indicating what prospective students are where in the sales funnel - and with that information, we can better cater our marketing efforts to them.

It is intuitive and can be used to host inhouse data or public reports with required Authorization enabling easy collaboration

Some of the BI functionalities are not supported on tableau server that are available in tableau desktop

Enables easy hosting of reports and managing accesses is easy ensuring data security

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is an exceptional resource like few others and represents many advantages when using data to the organization's advantage. The dashboards are highly intuitive and its analytical capabilities are truly incredible. It has a very easy to understand and use user interface. The software is so easy to use that training new users takes little time, and it has a good customer support service.

So far I have not run into any dislikes and nothing alarming either. In my organization we are satisfied with the features we use Tableau.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau has many incredibly amazing qualities to streamline and make analytical work and data management in our organization simpler. Compiling data from different sources is an easy task, it takes very little time using this tool. Moreover, the data visualization dashboards help to detail data in an efficient and eye-pleasing way. The analytical engine of this tool is exceptional and is capable of generating excellent reports.

Great BI tool for the visualization of reports and dashboard. Its visualization is much more impressive comparing to other BI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
DAX operation bit time costly and difficult in tableau.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the business user to analyse and understand the reports very easily. Through the Reports and Dashboard published on the server it helps business to make the furter decision.
