It’s not actionable working salesforce which is a gap

I find managing Tableau relatively easy, which makes the setup process straightforward. I appreciate how Tableau enhances data visualization, providing clear insights into Salesforce data. The prediction capabilities, including forecasting future trends and analyzing past history, are invaluable. These features make it a strong candidate for our service and marketing teams.

I find Tableau enhances data visualization, empowering my teams to better understand data in Salesforce and plan strategically.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Tableau for its ease of setup, especially with the default Salesforce plugins. Its capability to handle data from various systems and the integration features make it invaluable for accurate reporting. I find the analytics capabilities particularly useful for generating reports needed for stakeholders. It effectively satisfies our reporting requirements, which is why I would choose it again.

Improving the native reporting features in Salesforce and integrating additional external data sources would provide a more comprehensive view of company data.

It can sometimes feel overwhelming to implement right out of the box, but with the right support and a clear scope, you can truly realize your reporting goals.

Developing a unified reporting structure has replaced the need for separate reporting platforms within each individual application.

One limitation of Tableau is that handling large datasets or intricate data models can be quite demanding on system resources, which may lead to slower performance. Additionally, mastering its advanced features requires a significant learning effort, and the licensing fees can be prohibitively expensive for smaller organizations.

I think what I dislike more revolves around our implementation of it and our training - we needed to enable and empower more of our users throughout the business to use it as a tool.
