Visual breakeven analysis tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy individual analysis and at the same offers geographical visualizations of regions in the form of maps
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the nature of it's dashboards, there is a risk of misallocating important information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was best able to handle geographical visualization so we track market share and other KPIs
I am an avid user of Tableau and I highly recommend this to my friends and colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very good visualization tool that would help me to look through large data sets and present them to my team for a better analysis. I have bene using this tool for almost 2+ years, and I love this.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Tableau desktop. This is quite user-friendly, and the ease of use is one of the best things that I feel good about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau desktop solves my day-to-day work in cleansing, rearranging the data sets and presenting to the senior management. This in fact allows me to share data through the server within my team to help them increase revenue and grow profits.
I have been using Tableau from quite a long time and my clients are happy with data presentation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the various Pareto charts that I can showcase the normal data into transformational data using charts and much more to derive the desired results. I also use Tableau for creating alerts by setting the queries and looking for large datasets within.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like to point out anything significant at this point. I am actually in love with this tool. I can use it as much as times to enhance my skills, and Tableau helps me a lot many times to represent data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have thousands of rows and data that I look through on an hourly basis. Ut helps me to run specific patterns for the cleaned data, and I can prepare reports and send to senior management within a short period.
Tableau Desktop - Great Resource
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for simple visuals and aesthetically pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things that are easy to do in Excel are not as straightforward to do in Tableau, such as formatting.

It helps with data reporting and reviewing trends.

What do you like best about the product?
The breadth of capabilities in tableau is genuinely remarkable; when you are learning and exploring the product, you will constantly be blown away by things Tableau can do automatically, for which you would have to write SQL queries. There is no chart you cannot create in tableau, and the details you can add to those charts make them so good. It truly makes your data so much more understandable without you writing any query or code; most of the time, it's just dragging and dropping your parameters. The best part is you can learn how to use the product with just some drag and drop. If you want to be a pro at it, it'll take time, but for your day-to-day analytics needs, you can quickly figure out how to do it in the tableau by yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's as expensive as it can get. Although the breadth of features is unmatchable, you end up not using most of them anyways, so you are paying for things your team will never use. Let alone using, most people wouldn't even know they existed. Product-wise, there is nothing I dislike, but if I have to nitpick, I guess I would say the creating and sharing dashboards could do with a little more improvements, and there should be some easier way to add multiple data sources in one tableau workbook. It can be extremely slow at times when you are running a complex query or a query that has not used indices properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau is helping us visualize data and squeeze out the meaning from raw data. It helps us immensely because almost everything that we track and monitor about our product, be it for product management or business purposes, is created and shared through tableau. The entire team keeps track of the health of the product through the numbers that are derived from charts and data points from tableau

Smooth and great visualizations.
What do you like best about the product?
Alongside being a great visualisation platform, it is also an amazing platform for analytics and inferences. It has a smooth abd easy UI with support for a lot of data sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have contained some data cleansing tools as well to make it a one stop solution for analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us derive business analytics, churn data and helping realise the areas to focus on for the growth of the organization.
So intuitive that anyone can use it!

All the dashboard templates and suggested graphs are so usefull! A total time-saver software, that is not only easy to use, but easy to connect to your data, to share and present
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a shame that the annual fee (licence) is so expensive that is not affordable as a side tool. Also, there are a LOT of updates, at least three or four every year

I needed to have a full dashboard as follow up tool that would be easy to connect to our cloud data, well designed and aestetically pleasing to match our brand standars
Tableau Server hard to integrate

Useful data visualizations, a universally accepted program at this point

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau's visualization capabilities are just unprecedented. Most especially when compared side by side with other popular business intelligence / data visualization platforms . Simply put, Tableaus data visualization capacity is far superior to anything I have experienced with any other alternative software program. It is so good that I use it to turn unstructured statistics into logical data at scale and put the data into interactive and functional dashboards for insight generation purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau is not a data visualization platform that I will recommend for beginners. The advanced nature of this program , requires that an intending user should have had experience working with less advanced visualization platforms. Even at that , there is still a steep learning curve that comes with Tableau.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableu desktop is deployed by my team for uncovering hidden insights from day to day data generated all across my company. The most visible benefit of Tableau is that management level staffs in my company are making smarter business decisions to drive growth.
