What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce CRM is best one go platform for all the client queries like manage opportunities, lead generation and all the sales details we have generated for pur product.

The Salesforce CRM is bit complex and requires the training to use efficiently it would be great if provided with the training modules of the platform

Tableau is all in one data visualisation software. It's easy to use and user friendly. It has many tools and visualisation techniques to generate best of a kind data interpretation.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that i dislike is that the cost for working and maintenance. Some times simple data visualisation that can be done in Excel now that we have spend on tableau we intend to use it

Tableau helps making data visualisation for a very large data set. The data sets which normally require SQL or better than excel utility. Tableau help create a interactive data visualisation system

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is one of the great tools for business intelligence. It helps me create beautiful and useful dashboards for my college and other analytical needs. Tableau also provides a 1-year free tier for a student which helps them easy to learn about all its features and functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes recognizing data types is a little bit messy for me as every data point is either continuous or discrete but most of the time it considers all those data points as objects. other than that Its pricing is a little bit high for an average guy like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a developer, I value time efficiency and Tableau helps me to achieve that. Creating visualizations with coding languages like Python takes a lot of time and effort, and it’s not enough to just make them. They also have to be attractive and clear for the client to understand the insights. Tableau makes this process easier and faster for me.
