Wide coverage and one stop shop for customer relation management and record keeping

Once case is closed, and clients reply on the same case thread, no prompt will be received by the handler

It has been more than what I expected. Very nice.

Excel data can be now visualized in chart and dashboard form. It has a very good user interface and simplifies the job.

When entering different versions of data the charts and graph generated are not similiar on dashboard.

By looking at the generated chart it becomes very easy to look and analyse the data.
It can easily represent complex, unreadable excel data into more readable and understandable form like graph and charts.

The best thing to be liked about Tableau is its Service quality; Its data analysis service helped me know how I can use my data in the best way to increase the output for my business.

Honestly saying, There was nothing that could be disliked about Tableau.

Mainly it helped with Data analysis; Its data analysis is so perfect, which helped us to improve our business results. If talking about productivity, Then Yes, it got increased after using Tableau.

Data interpretation can be done in very accurate way. I have been working since few years and i can say it helped me a lot in my career.

Some times I feel like it's not as user friendly as other tool in the market.

I tried few analysis services before,but believe me the service I received from Tableau was the best one it's data analysis is best of the market.

It's been 7+ years of my working career, and Microsoft Tableau is my, the most favorite tool for data visualization; the visuals are just amazing and easy to understand; it helped me to know the deep insights of my data and make a positive contribution towards my organization's revenue.

There is no such thing I dislike about Microsoft Tableau, but yes, looking at the competition available in the market, I would like if the cost of Microsoft Tableau to go down a little.

Microsoft Tableau helped me in a great way to get insights of what's exactly happening in my organization, I cannot disclose the details, but looking at the results I got from using Microsoft Tableau was phenomenal. It helped me to know which area needs more focus and attention, which obviously led me to increase my organization's revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpfull think about Microsoft Tableau is there's not much efforts needed for the user to visualize or show insights of the data, Tableau has made it quite easy and the interface is also very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of tableau is quite high, even though it justifies the price, still I think there's some place for lowering down the prices or giving discounts to the users.

Microsoft Tableau helped me get detailed information about my data, which gave me a clear understanding of where we need to give more attention and where not. It is a handy tool if used properly. + The visuals are very pleasant to the eyes, so now, one can easily say goodbye to the dull view of Excel and move to Microsoft Tableau.
