The most intuitive customer relationship management tool I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Database at the most convenient access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any negative side of the salesforce yet. I can not compare it to other crm tools either cause this is the first crm tool I ever used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Changes in customer's account are reflecting real-time. In effect, all employees all over the world can see every changes in each and every account.

One of the best data visualisation tools available in the market. It's drag and drop functionality, handling of large datasets, predictive analysis and data analysis is awesome.

Learning Curve. It takes a lot of time to understand the functionalities associated.

It has a very user friendly interface and makes visualising very easy also it makes analysing data very easy and capable to be done at a glance also it provides the most easy to use functionalities
