What do you like best about the product?
Tableau has revolutionized our approach to agent performance management in the call center. Its robust data visualization capabilities, interactivity, and predictive insights empower us to make informed decisions, boost agent morale, enables us to hone coaching opportunities by providing actionable insights and harness the art of gamification to keep our agents engaged and motivated and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few Tableau challenges are data quality, scalability, complexity of visualizations, data security, and high costs for viewer licensing. Ingratiating into SalesForce with low code to deliver agent performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau gives visualization to information for better decision-making, monitoring agent performance, and enhancing customer insights. It streamlines operations, improves efficiency, and customizes reports, ultimately leading to cost reduction and better compliance monitoring. Most importantly it gives low code capability to the front line support team delivering actionable insights costumed to their operations with alignment to corporate goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau has truly revolutionized the way I approach data analysis. Its user friendly interface, robust data visualization features, and effortless integration with diverse data sources have completely transformed my data workstyle. I can craft captivating dashboards that narrate stories to move my audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau is expensive for small businesses or individual users as the licensing fees for Tableau Desktop are steep for countries like India. Though Tableau public is free, however, the Tableau desktop holds the key aura.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau is a powerful platform for DV and analysis, greatly enhancing my ability to create magical stories with a variety of data from various platforms. The application is very versatile and easier to use than other similar products.

Lack of templates funnel visualizations.

License Dashboard in my company to measure adoption of all of Cisco customers
Positive overall - not a developer but find that report building is intuitive and data is helpful

I don't know enough about how to build reports

Data and sales analytics. Utilization metrics and pulling reporting that we can't do currently in salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is versatile. It is not just a visualization tool. You can use Tableau for deep dive analysis, especially with using calculated fields such as LODs and Table Calculations
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau has full of features but it also means it is pricey. For small companies or those wondering if they should buy Tableau, the price can be a bit hard to swallow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau is able to provide advance analytics that cannot be done with other Business Intelligence tools. The customization allows our company to provide self-service analytics to our end users.
Best data blending and calculation bi tool
What do you like best about the product?
I think the data blending and calculation capabilities are better than most other bi tools. The visualization options can be used to answer many business problems
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be better understanding across datasets. For example when there is a case difference in a blended field, it reads as two different inputs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau is allowing me to share insights to internal and external customers by sharing embedded analytics, the desktop app, or tableau reader. The ease of sharing has led to quicker response time for initiatives.
Awesome tool that maximizes data for users
What do you like best about the product?
I consider Tableau to be that magic sauce when standard reporting doesn't quite provide enough. My team has been able to provide incredible insights to users with this tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the challenge to the tool is knowing what is the art of the possible. Once you can get past that, it's a super powerful tool in our quiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau can take that deeper dive into data that standard reporting can't always do. It supports my product team as well as our sales users.
Tableau is the best Enterprise Business Intelligence Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is the best Enterprise Business Intelligence Tool at being able to built scalable, interactable, robust, dashboards with as many features as needed. It looks like the best and is able to calculate the right answer if you are good enough with Tableau. It gives beginners the ability to create dashboards but also has the ability to grow and learn and create complex yet simple dashboards as you become an expert. I have been able to create high level dashboards that drill all the way to the details which is my specialty with great successful results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau is weak at group subscriptions and tables formatting and sorting. If they improve in these two aspects their would be no competition; however, they are fully distracted by AI and salesforce as is every company right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau is helping us bring a data driven culture across all functions of the organization. It is easy to teach and present to the end user and it looks really good which is important in holding the end users attention.
Tableau meets expectations
What do you like best about the product?
Easiest to view. The general design on the U/I is great and "clean".
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't an executive "streamlined" version. Oftentimes my executive audience wants to drill down and discover insights and thats complex in most models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing data to the right audience. Dashboards and reports are designed for managers and directors mostly. Analysts "know" the data because they live it. This provides intelligence for everyone else.
