Excellent data visualisation tool with Google Disc integration
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Tableau is its flexibility. You are not limited by pre-designed options; instead, you can design exactly what you need yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements seem unnecessarily difficult. You get the impression that they should be simple, but instead, you have to navigate through many complicated settings to achieve your goal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Tableau for medical data visualization. Our purpose is primarily educational and informational.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use, wide range of visualization and integration are some best features of tableau.

Cost is high, limited advanced analytics, less mobile optimised.

Tableau is solving following problems -

I can easily track my metrics daily
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of Tableau is that, it forces me to track my performance by metrics in a more straightforward way. These interactive dashboards let me see my performance at a glance, and identify trends or areas where I need to improve. The best part is its customizability — from daily stats to long-term trends, all in one place. The charts and graphs make everything so clear to interpret data and take well-informed decisions which is a huge time saver in my daily work. The make dealing with metrics more bearable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance view based on ranks can be a struglle for me to generate overall. Although I love this platform for how customizable it is, creating a single definition that ranks everything I need has been difficult alone. will utilise some extra time to arrange and filter the data that is a face way of viewing my performance. Not a huge deal or anything, but I wish it was slightly less confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes my metrics easier to track and understand. I can easily see how I am performing in areas where I am doing great or poor. Checking and monitoring my metrics is every crucial specially for a freelancer like me. All in all, this has made controlling my metrics a lot easier and less intimidating.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good tool to manage data, and to have data analysis, it provides clear information and also good comparisons date to date. It is easy to understand once you have spend enough time learning about it. It provides several options to export data which is a big aid. Implementation was easy, and of now the support for the tool has been very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to customize and to master, you will need to invest a good amount of time to fully master every feature, interface is not very user-friendly and not that good at the eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data analysis, week over week performance comparison, the main problem that it is solving is to maintain a good track of our team performance.

While Tableau offers powerful features, its pricing can be quite high for smaller teams, and some advanced functionalities require a steep learning curve. Additionally, performance can lag with very large datasets, which may hinder user experience.

Tableau solves the problem of transforming complex data into clear, actionable visualizations, enabling quick insights and informed decision-making. It allows me to easily analyze large datasets and identify trends, which enhances my ability to provide valuable insights to my team and stakeholders.
Great tool and fun
What do you like best about the product?
Works very well as a BI Reporting Tool. Great conectivity. Perfect for data preparation with elaborate graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time is slow and have some visualizations flexibilities issues.

Helps a lot to replace static ans manual reports. Very usefull for forecasting, planing and predictive analytics.

Salesforce CRM Analytics help me to get huge data from multiple resources by using connector. creating a data representation by using reports is really difficult task which is only possible by salesforce CRM analytics.

Tableau is very easy to use and is very intuitive. It's fun to work with.

There is nothing in particular that I dislike about the software.

Tableau can make really nice and realtime dashboards that can be easy to interpret.
Tableau, the drag and drop interface
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Tableau is its ease and use and learn. Among all the topics I teach in my class, I find Tableau to be the fasterst one for the students to pick up, the one they are the most exited about and the most engaged with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the cost of the commercial versions can be intimidating. At work, we ended up using Superset for being free, although Superset is a lot more limited and bug prone. Had Tableau was cheaper, we would defenitely picked it as our dashboaring solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Tableau Public to teach dashboard creation in my class and to learn from professionals in the field. Tableau Public is an excellent resource for people of all expertise levels.

What do you like best about the product?
What i really enjoy about tableau is how easy it is to get started using the software. If youre already familiar using Excel it actually wasnt too hard to transition to using Tableau for visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there needs to be an easier way to make Tableau more structured similar to MS Power BI. Tableau's free-flowing nature gives too much freedom sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau helps visualize the data that my company has collected, and allows me to easily input my secondary data alongside the primary data so that it's easy to visualize.
