Exceptional Dashboards and Insights for Sales Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Tableau's dashboards are among the best I have encountered. They offer all the details needed to ensure that your sales pipelines are performing optimally. I appreciate being able to track progress and view the forecasts it generates, as these insights help me understand the direction our company is taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, I find it somewhat challenging to figure out the best setup for what I need to monitor. It feels like you really need to have significant experience with the software to use it effectively. Additionally, it tends to become overloaded with data at times, which can cause it to freeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau has been instrumental in helping our business position itself optimally for current opportunities and outreach efforts. It provides a clear, high-level view that highlights areas where we can make improvements.
Facilitate Dynamic Reports and Cloud Sharing more easily
What do you like best about the product?
I love Tableau's ability to share information in the cloud with other departments and unify everything in one place. This allows me to create more comprehensive reports without having to manually search for each piece of data, which is incredibly efficient. I really appreciate that I can upload and download the information I need directly from the cloud, optimizing my storage use. Additionally, I value the use of artificial intelligence that Tableau offers to help me better organize the data and ensure they are consistent. The ease of issuing and creating data along with dynamic reports significantly improves my daily experience. The initial setup of Tableau was quite easy, which facilitated the transition from Power BI, a product that, although cheaper, did not meet my needs for sharing reports without complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the price of Tableau is a bit high, which makes the implementation costly. Although the product works very well, it would be helpful if the price were adjusted to make it more convenient to hire in the long term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tableau to unify data in the cloud and create dynamic reports without manual effort. I also organize data better using AI, avoiding unnecessary storage.
Versatile Features, But Slow Loading Times
What do you like best about the product?
Very versatile. Can probably do more than Power BI can
What do you dislike about the product?
loading times can be excruciatingly long
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing data in a way that enables me to identify trends
Limited Dashboard Flexibility and Scalability Issues
What do you like best about the product?
One thing that tableau does really well is have a very easy to get started UI! It's very easy to integrate into your existing data and build pretty good BI oriented graphics and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes quite limited once you need to implement multiple datasets, especially when the datasets have a huge volume behind it. The dashboards are also limited compared to other BI oriented software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I started at this company we had 2 licensed options for creating dashboards and a volume of work already created within Tableau from previous contracts. I continued using tableau because several users were already set up and integrated into the tool as users but found quickly that it was not robust enough to continue with our more complicated data needs.
The Explorer's Tool: Turning Raw Data into Art, But Requires Dedicated Data Governance
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is Tableau's fundamental design philosophy, which emphasizes data exploration and visual storytelling over just rigid reporting. The drag and drop interface is intuitive enough for a business user to interface is intuitive basic charts, but the platform truly shines when an analyst needs to move beyond standard bar line charts. Features like advanced mapping and the ability to finely tune every visual element allow us to create highly customized, interactive dashboards that summarize complex data beautifully.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the visualization is top tier the data preparation and native ETL capabilities are limited compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old BI tool limited us to simple, pre-defined reports, meaning we could answer what happened, but not easily explore why it happened. Benefits: Tableau allows our analysts to drill down instantly using interactive filters and parameters directly on the dashboard.
Powerful and Reliable Tool for Enterprise-Level Data Visualisation
What do you like best about the product?
Tableau makes data exploration extremely smooth with its intuitive drag-and-drop interface and powerful visualisation capabilities. As a Data Scientist at Accenture, I find it very helpful for quickly converting complex datasets into clear, interactive dashboards. Its integration with multiple enterprise data platforms and ability to handle large volumes of data make it an excellent tool for analytics and client presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Tableau can become resource-heavy when working with very large datasets, and beginners may find the learning curve slightly steep. The licensing cost is also on the higher side for smaller organisations. However, these downsides don’t affect the overall value it provides for enterprise analytics and storytelling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau helps me simplify complex data analysis by providing fast, interactive visualisations that make it easy to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. It reduces the time required to prepare insights for clients and internal teams, improving overall decision-making. Tableau also solves the challenge of integrating data from multiple sources, allowing me to build unified dashboards that support business strategy and operational efficiency.
Effortless Data Visualization and Storytelling with Tableau
What do you like best about the product?
its been 3 to 4 years i am working and using taleau, for data visualization and storytelling, and i think Tableau is best , i like that how easy it makes data visualization and storytelling, The main feature that i like most is drag and drop interface its really smooth, and it allows me to create complex dashboards without much coding, i can connect multiple data source like BigQuery, excel and SQL server at the same time, which makes analysis very flexible, the visualization are very professional looking and interactive , great for presenting data to management , i also like how it handles large data volumes without lag if the data model is optimized properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is only one issue with , that it take more time to load when data is large or coming from live connections, managing permissions and user access also feels a bit confusing at time. but overall these are little issues , its a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the main problem is has solved for me is easy data visualization, it has helped me to automate manual reporting and improve data transparency, across departments, before we used to make reports manually in excel, which took hours and had mistakes now dashboards update automatically and managers get real time data visibility. it also helped us identify key business trends faster and make data backend decisions, it has reduced reporting time and improve the overall quality of analysis in our team.

Reliable Data Visualization for Actionable Insights
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has proven to be reliable for data visualization and business intelligence. It enables us to use, analyze, visualize, connect, and interact with large volumes of data. By transforming raw data into visual insights, it supports us in making data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product functions as expected, and I did not encounter any difficulties while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, data is often scattered across various systems such as spreadsheets, databases, CRMs, and cloud applications, which makes it challenging to consolidate and analyze. Tableau has made a significant difference for us by allowing connections to nearly any data source, including Excel, SQL, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. It supports both live connections and data extracts, and lets us combine multiple datasets without the need for extensive coding. This has enabled us to bring all our data into a single, unified view, saving time by eliminating manual processes and allowing us to focus more on analysis rather than data cleaning.
Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Tableau makes it very easy to visualize data in a clear and interactive way. The drag-and-drop interface lets me build dashboards quickly, and the visuals help communicate insights to others without needing advanced technical skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be difficult for new users to learn, and creating more advanced visualizations often requires extra time or training. It can also be resource-heavy, so dashboards may run slowly with large datasets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau helps turn large amounts of data into easy-to-understand visuals, which makes decision-making faster. It reduces the need for manual reporting and allows me to quickly spot trends and insights that would be hard to see in raw spreadsheets.
