Great for quick analysis, especially in dashboards and reports!
What do you like best about the product?
I would see the most helpful is the easy customization it comes compared to other visualization tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be confusing when using rows and columns for certain users. Usually our salesforce admin will assist with users.

Easy way for sales managers to review their sales teams data and analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Its an awesome tool to run the analytics. See less integration to pull the data. We can run multiple matrix to get the information need by cross functional teams.

Little hard to get started with, no clear guidance or guided path to run the reports. I think it need more small training videos to get adaptability. I

Providing me the data with accurate numbers on multiple matrix for me to do analysis on how we are improving our business and what needs to be taken care

The different types of charts are visually appealing and the tool is easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have user management through Salesforce user management. Would like more integration with sales cloud reports and dashboards. Expecting to use tableau to continue providing insights to everyone at my company. A perfect tool that can help with data democratization!

Provides user friendly visualizations. Easy to develop different views for different stakeholders once the data is prepared. Embedded within sales force allows us to provide data to the sales team within sales cloud making it really easier for them to use as part of their regular workflow

Providing insights to customer by dashboards that will allow the users to drill in and receive updates/alerts when data on the dashboard changes. Data can be added from multiple sources

Tableau is a fantastic platform for generating customized reports and data visualization based on parameters you set.
The ability to combine multiple data sets across a number of platforms helps us deliver accurate information that is easy to understand.

I can't think of a downside regarding Tableau. It's been an integral part of our data analytics.

Multi data set joins that aren't possible natively in Salesforce Reports and more customized data visuals for our Board Meetings.

I love how easy it is to present my many data visualizations through use of dashboards.

A bit expensive, and its difficult to get my clients to adopt.
